  1. Completely East Dulwich specific. Put in SE22 *** and it shows you the projected price of your house over 5 years. How is it not ED specific?? Was a question to the forum about whether they thought it was right with it's predictions for SE22. And Steve T - if you ain't interested, don't bother posting on the particular thread you find so boring. Simple.
  2. Is this site something to take comfort in, or is it just run by someone who hasn't got a clue?! http://www.propertyprices.co.uk/process.php

  4. What time was this? We got on the bus at our usual 7.35ish and it was clear...

    Energy Bills

we pay ?100 a month for gas and leccy and we're in a modest 2 bed flat. No double glazing so think that's maybe why ours is so high. We're with NPower.
  6. I walked down Friern road last night with a bag of carrots in hand hoping to attract the blighter. No luck.
  7. Will that be good for LL?? I'd rather see nice looking estate agents windows than a dozen empty offices gathering posters and grafitti? 8. any news link to this, had a look but couldn't see anything??
  9. a 3 foot long rabbit!!! that'd i'd love to see!!
  10. Confirmed my suspicions, thought as much seeing the banners on the wall. Think I'll stay clear of that place then, not too keen on listening to their supporters glorify the IRA and launch sectarian bile against any protestant within ear shot. dulwich bhoy Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > The landlord (about two years ago - dont know if > he is still there) is a massive Celtic fan. Not sitting at what could have been my Year 9 Geography table. What does it offer that makes it better than anywhere else in your opinion? I certainly won't be rushing back there for a drink, unless I am skint, as the prices seemed pretty fair.
  13. Popped in for a pint after a happy hour special at Adventure on Friday and thought it was cr*p to be honest. Feels like a dull, soul-less, school dining hall. Chuck in some beaten up, comfy old leather couches and get rid of the school tables and it would be much better IMO. Why the need for three different types of hand soaps in the gents too??!!

Fair point, but there is a quote facility to stop confusion Miss Donkey.

Excuse me.. where did I slag off Peckham?? All I ever commented on was the lovely youth that we have in our neighbourhood. Get off your high horse.

  17. Out of interest, where is the next nearest cinema?
  18. I won't mention what film as I am sure the intellects on here will tell me I got what I deserved... me and Mrs SCSB sat down with our large pop corn and pepsi... film starts... 2 female yoof in front of us don't stop talking... ignore it thinks I... half an hour in... out comes the mobile and she makes a call (one of da yoof, not Mrs SCSB)!!!! I tap on the chair next to her and ask her to be quiet... I get a kiss of the teeth, called a honkey, and laughed at. You gotta love the youth of today. Do you know the worst thing about it, they left early, and I really thought they may have gone outside to round up some male yoof to take care of me.
  19. Just had a wander round but couldn't figure out where it is coming from. Kinda sppoky!!
  20. Is something on fire?? Really strong smell of smoke and it's really hazy outside???
  21. I noticed that just about all the desks were empty the other day.
  22. wah wah wah. You live in London and complain about noise. Ho ho ho ho ho. eater81 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Just had a look at the "+venture bar" website. > All I can say is this bar has the potential to be > dreadful.
