  1. Has your mum got a personal budget for this?
  2. Get some little ones in and get down the Adventure Bar!
  3. Is Debroah still the manager or is it someone else that has disappeared?
  4. Just moved from ED to Hayes in Kent. Total cost including packing and VAT was ?900. Can totally recommend company if you want to PM me!
  5. Hate Crime is correct Otta. Well played. Nothing to do with Islam which is a peace loving faith!
  6. What gets me with this is that there are undoubtably a group of people that would like to see the McAnns punished for leaving their daughter in an apartment room whilst they had dinner close by. So what punishment would people like to see handed out? I find it hard to believe that there could be a harder punishment than losing your child!
  7. It's a weed ffs. Be vicious!
  8. I got bummed there once, but quite liked it!
  9. It's what we like about it!
  10. Definitely not work! My drive in is now at least 90 minutes. (although once the kids' school is changed I will hop on the train and it will be much better). So many reasons why Hayes. We looked at Beckenham and Chislehurst but found the houses in our price bracket were way too small! We wanted somewhere quiet and suburban for the kids to grow up on, somewhere with lots of parks, good schools, but still commutable. The house we have got is 4 bedrooms, all decent size. A massive kitchen, huge dining room and the same size living room as we had in Abbotswood Road. Cost us ?70k less than what we sold our house in Abbotswood for. It needs work. Lot's of it, but we have the cash to do it! Seriously, Hayes is beautiful! Really picturesque and lovely! Wife is also happy that we are so near the Glades!
  11. Well, we have moved! Been in Hayes a week and are loving it. Got a 4 bedroom doer upper for ?310,000. More than twice as big as our old ED house and the garden is 4 times the size! Some cash in the bank to get going too! From driving into London and back each day, I would suggest that the suburbs begin as soon as you leave Beckenham. Schools here are pretty nifty too, although no idea what the waiting lists are like (just about to find out) they have playing fields even in the infants! Loads of parks, some nice local boozers and shops! It's quiet! Very quiet, but when bringing up too small kids that's pretty ideal! The only problem is, the house is so big I get tired walking to my fridge!
  12. Very fast wired connection in Abbotswood Road!
  13. I want to do the same with corned beef!
  14. Fucking East Dulwich
  15. This is one of the best heads ever and perfectly demonstrates how many people of ED are separating themselves from reality at an alarming rate. The best bit for me was the tenuous link between a load of coked up Millwall fans scrapping amongst each other 15 miles away and 24 hours previously at Wembley, and then carrying it on with some poor sod in Dulwich Park. Genius! I am leaving East Duliwch on Friday after 20 years here; any reservations I had about that are diminishing! Thanks! Fully expect someone to google how far Dulwich Park is from Wembley and put me straight!

    Bipolar

Sodium Valproate is a mood stabiliser and often prescribed alongside other treatments. Also used to control epilepsy and better known by its brand name Epilin. Agree about Quetiapine and a specialist. Usually prescribed by a psychiatrist and regularly reviewed up.

    Bipolar

Hi, I work in mental health crisis services so work with many people suffering from BPAD. Quetiapine seems to be the favoured treatment in terms of medication, and I have quite a few patients that have succesfully held jobs down whilst taking it. Dosages seem to range from 100 to 150mg OD to 300mg TD so a wide spectrum. Reports back from patients are positive. I hope your niece gets the support she needs.
  18. We just bought our club! PUP!
  19. I fake type about 6 or 7 numbers in between each real one. Dunno why, I just thought it might work because they would know what real numbers I was inputting
  20. lol, lock your door tonight!
  21. Been done there too. No getting out of it so pay early!
  22. Sony blu ray players do not have the processing power necessary to decode the very complicated encryption that Netflix uses in the uk apparently, hence why it is more widely available on consoles. I am in the same position as you, so if you do find a solution please keep me posted.
  23. Love it, we have excellent neighbours and friends here. It's a great part of town and I am sad I am leaving.
