Back in Portsmouth I knew a couple called John and Dawn Cockhead! Now, presuming they weren't brother and sister, this means that she voluntarily took this name! Oh, and I am currently working with a client called Bollocko! A friend of mine once had a customer called Victoria Kunto! Have to say though, so e people on this thread come across a bit snobby!
Does your employer (if you have one) offer anything? Many organisations I have worked for offer an employe assistance program and a huge majority of calls to these are for family and relationship problems, because we all go through them. They often can offer some counselling etc as part of the package. Equally, some GPs surgeries offer this. Hope it works out!
I think it is perfectly acceptable to cordon off for a specific reason, such as a skip coming or removals. Not sure about a plumber tbh but hey hoh. OP is not suggesting that she would do this every day, just in the event of such an occurrence.
Southwark council also self fund their own floating support team to work with those in arrears and vulnerable. The OP needs to do a tad more research imo! Or take his head out of his arse!
No rose tinteds on here. Was only joshing really. My new house (which has lost all it's roofs in the storms) is on a council estate in Hayes. Course I'd prefer a million pound house in ED, but moved here for the schools, the open spaces and the fact that a 4 bed doer upper cost me ?300k and is now mostly done up. For me, this is a much better quality of life! Even got a nice new shiny job in Catford to make the journey to work less arduous! House is about 3 times the size of my St Francis Place Wimpey home. Means I can get away from the kids! Obviously this would not be for everyone, but for me. It's so much better! (Apart from the roofs)
OMG! Having said that I once saw a woman do a poo in Iceland in Rye lane! Or was it Kwik Save? Long time ago now. 94 I think. Not sure if the council did anything about it.
