If anyone one thought the service was going to get better, my recent experience proves it is just as bad. My wife and I had a blood test 13/12/13 at Dulwich and have been expecting the result. She had a letter on the 18th December asking her to ring. To date I have had nothing. Last week after calling I was told letter is in the post. No letter and after 45 minutes on the phone today getting thru at 2.45 net result no letter sent at all. My wife had a phone consultation arranged today for 10 to 12 , 2.45 no call. Wife spoke during the above call for an explanation. Everyone have been at a meeting and doctors off sick, thought someone had rang. Will try and get someone to call. Emails unanswered. Will it ever improve? Perhaps it has and I have been unlucky

If they are based at Tooley Street you have no chance of a meeting, staff are too important now and you cannot just drop in and request a meeting. So all of Steptoe's yards will remain as an eyesore. The whole area around the station needs to be sorted out. It has great potential and fiddling around the edges wont help.

This does seem to be taking did they / did he start the battle, perhaps others who were in the park and saw this attack could confirm the incident on the forum. After nearly 3000 views some one might have said I saw it taking place. All will then be clear. If it was an unprovoked attack it needs to be nipped in the bud. Has anything happened like this before?
