Hey James, I complained about my surgery to nhs England & was told to complain directly to my gap through their complaints procedure. I went back to my gp, emailed asking for their complaints procedure & I'm still waiting for a reply! Due to time constraints in life, it is impossible to keep onto them. It has been a few months tbh since I got in touch with my gap...... I will probably have abit more time on my hands after September when I hope to Perdue the matter. All in all I personally think everything is going up, bills, costs etc but the service is going way downhill!
  2. When I get called telling me I was in an accident, I ask them how they got the details & then I tell them I passed away! They hang up instantly & I have to say I don't get called anymore!

  4. Next time I wouldn't even bother respond.... I'm not sure if that would cause them to clamp your car. I would give them the opportunity to send round bailliffs or a court summons & then produce evidence. They will look stupid especially if you've been through this numerous times!

  13. A shame but it is what it is! Every vote counts is what I realised a long time ago!
  14. Most people I have spoken to are refusing to vote! Tbh I don't blame them seeing how Britain has become a laughing stock! Personally I think the voters who are guaranteed to vote are for the Brexit party, the others can't be asked! They do say ignorance is bliss.......
  15. I hope you don't get any burst pipes.... Or even hairline cracks Unless you regularly monitor it, you won't find out till the bill drops!

    Metrobank

My sister told me earlier everyone is queuing up outside metrobank to empty their safety deposit boxes & accounts! Is this necessary? What have I missed? Sorry I'm not as clued up as many of you on here...... 😄

Southwark council may or may not be responsible for Brexit but all the cutbacks filter down from the government Brexit is just one example of where "our" money has been wasted! Now someone's got to replace the money in those pots! Why not screw us over for their cock ups!!!

It's down to the small people to pay for their cock ups! Brexit is a fine example!
