Yes, agree with the incompetance bit but surely all the people that were involved or had knowledge about the other similar incidents why did they not go to the media when they saw connetions were not being made? More than Police incompetance imo.

former East Dulwich councillor - how can I help?
unlurked replied to James Barber's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
We all know JB, and the lib(con)dems want CPZs despite what the local electorate want as was clearly previously demonstrated. The lib(con)dems have their own agenda which is not democratic in representing local majority views eg dulwich hospital, and ED Police Stn to name but two. -
This case just gets stranger and stranger. Something very wrong with the original investigation.

'Familes' that indulge in eating family meals of burgers or fried chicken on public transport especilly buses. If you can't be arsed to feed the kids properly at least do it in your own home and make public transport less unpleasant.

So easily fooled. It's a false PR lie to get the planning app' through without hassle-the outside seating area is much too small-they will ask to extend, ask to get the bus stop moved etc, and it will happen. Once there they will dominate without a thought for local residents etc which will include late night alcohol licences, music/bands etc which will negatively impact on local residences. There will be a detrimental effect on parking and end ED will end up with a CPZ. M&S and all other chains wanting to ruin LL will use the cinema app' to deride any parking or similar related objections and will win as this app' is sooo wanted. Then these showings that kids can be taken to will lead to an outbreak of lice amongst adults and kids in ED as the lice live in the soft furnishing of the cinema chairs and with quick turnaround kids lice will be crawling from kids hair to seat to next seat occupier hair. My vote for first film is A Clockwork Orange.

An electricity power supply was also installed at the same time for the sole use of the coffee van it seems. Bearing in mind the coffee van 'pitch' was supposed to be a temporary trial, and bearing in mind that the coffee van owner also has another lucrative 'pitch' on NorthX at weekends, as well as sole user of the station pitch plus the new costly electrical supply point the owner must be a very lucky person. . .

There is no implication that the woman doing the shagging aka the Homewrecker has a husband. I am very tempted to post the letter but it probably isn't a good idea . . . A regular forum poster has pm'd me to advise they think the church mentioned is St Barnabus . . .

I can't be the only one to get this through my door surely, unless no one on here lives in ED anymore and have all moved to Seaford (zzz). The letter is penned by a friend of the victim. There are two pics of the "homewrecker". A name and address on East Dulwich Grove is given for the homewrecker along with a work place-Dulwich Hamlett FC. The home wrecker is described as a "religeous church woman". The home wrecker had a thing with a married man ("don't worry he has not got away with it"). "its women like this that have given men too many options to lie . . .". ". .and women like this give the church a bad name". (underlined). Then there is a request for "women and those men that agree this is not acceptable behaviour and still believe in the sanctity of . . .marriage please help me humilitate her the way she has my friend and her children". Oh Lordy, I must go to church, and Hamlet FC more often! Edited to add that after looking at the pics of the homewrecker- I wouldn't!

Has anyone else had a A4 'letter' through their door today containing pics, and name and address of a woman that has allegedly had an affair with a married man and broken up the home? And it's church related to boot. What fun.

'milk', your only interest in this is your selfish retail food snobbery rather than any interest or knowledge of planning law, local govt, or democracy let alone local residents concerns as can be seen from this ignorant post of yours milk76 Wrote: ---------------------------- > Excellent, can't wait. James Barber Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Please do submit views for or against the latest > planning application for this site. > A small request please copy me as a ward > councillor on any email submissions so I can check > I haven't missed anything I should have raised. Being disingenuous again, JB! Asking people to copy you in on emails to the planning dept is applying unnecessary pressure on planning officers when they see councillors copied in. If you are such a caring and diligent local representative then you should ask to have emails forwarded to you, not copied. I wonder what the scrutiny committee will make of this latest attempt of yours.
