  1. What lane lover said. But sounds like a mistake due to false sense of security due to OP perceptions.
  2. Until you've been to Guys, yot don't know what proper treatment and care is. Kings is poor.

Well you'd be utterly wrong then, so don't presume things about me. Glad you liked the shop but as quality goods/businesses there wasn't any, just generally stall type tat akin to the tat on NorthX . Don't get confused with 'nice' stall holders and decent goods/services. Barber will probably turn it into a school now anyway as part of his 10yr ED domination plan. And no, I don't want that either. Or a chain.
  4. Hardly land banking! It doesn't have any planning permissions unlike so many other premises in ED, and thats land banking. Leave the owner be.

Great prog. Even from Coventry I stand by the above!

If the owner chooses not to do anything with the premises so be it. People should mind their own business.
  7. Rumour has it the ground has been sold to Langly Homes.
  8. I hope something worthwhile replaces the warehouse. However I won't miss it as was full of tat IMO, more like a jumble sale, more suited to Peckham in an arch.

Jens asked Martin to help him commit suicide as Martin had got to him. Martin let Jens poison himself and disposed of the tainted coffee cup. Manslaugter not murder. Saga will destroy the cup evidence and Martin will get off, and they will both have evaded the law, and carry on sleuthing. The next series will not include the ecoterrorist as he got away, unsolved, end of. Great prog.

Oh yeah, like the council (if it was them and not tfl), didn't plan the work weeks if not months in advance and it was just coincidence. Get real.
  11. Need to notify building control as knocking down may affect weights/loading on other parts of structure that could be dangerous.

When I looked at it yesterday it stated refurb of ground floor retail, and new flats on 1st floor etc. Seems very odd it can't be found now. Something dodgy is afoot.

Nothing to do with the supermarket you want, JB, delivering from Chesterfield? Guidedogs can't manage to walk along this street, really? Trip hazards? Please provide the evidence and stats to support your claims JB?
  14. If the owner wants it that way what business is it of yours? If the taxes are paid end of. Or could always turn it into a skool.
  15. Not another school! No wonder the (con)libdems did nothing of any merit or seriously or meaningfully to save the police station.
  16. Hi Ryan. Isn't the truth of the matter that you are just the manager and have to do what Tony and Gary tell you to? Isn't it true that you cannot do anything without their permission and say so? Plus they are still there on a daily basis 'overseeing it all'? Basically you are the new manager. Good luck!

  18. They had, and used the cells in the 80s. No doubt about it.
