  1. Hi Can anyone recommend some local BF support groups? I'm due my second baby in July so don't require yet but want to get prepared! I had a terrible time breast feeding my first, she kept loosing weight so midwife insisted on combination feeding (which ended up mainly formula) from 2 weeks old. Would love to give it another go with a bit more success (& I'll be more relaxed this time round) !! X

  10. I had my first baby at at Thomas's last year.... They we're mostly brilliant. I have an underlying condition so needed lots of extra appointments & they really looked after me. I also work close to Westminster. The post natal ward was nice (plus great views!) but like anywhere extremely busy & you don't get much attention once baby arrives. I'm having my second at kings because it's so much closer to home now I've another little one to consider aswell.ive only heard good things & So far they've been really good too, scanning is excellent. I've been pretty well this time round & thankfully haven't needed any extra attention. I think go with what's easiest for you to get to, both ante natal appointment wise & at time of birth. Good luck x
  11. 15th works for me too! I'll make sure my husbands home too ;) Anita

  17. Hi girls, I'm free both the 30th & 6th mornings so happy with either day. As the 30th is Mother's Day le chandelier might get quite busy so 6th could be better? But I'm easy. Should we put in a regular meet up, say first Sunday of every month to begin with & this can change to more regular weekday meet ups when we're all on mat leave? Anita Xxxx
