    Sadly I need additional help to stick to 20mph on local roads . I do have WAZE and see that I can have spped alerts turned on but presumably this would mean entering a route for each drive ? Is there a better app that will track my speed and alert me when I'm getting close to the limit ?

    Last week .So cheerful and kind .And almost made me feel like a normal person when trying to load ,single handedly ,large items into a car ,I'm clearly not !

    Some time ago I was at the self service till in the LL Poundland and found myself without my bank card. I was scrabbling to get the amount due in cash but was some 20 p short. The manager came over and put his hand in his pocket to cover the cost . Pretty helpful and nice in my book.

    I've just popped out (Wednesday) to post a card .Collection times listed as 9am.But the little metal plate indicates Friday as the next day for collection . Are these metal plates accurate ? Or are they not changed ,maybe a faff to do so are left ?

    Have you got your car back yet? I've sent you a pm because I've seen a small tabby but we're in Barry Rd , surely too far from where you lost her. Might be new cat in our neighborhood.

    Another joining the Leon fan club. Fast response, even though it was a small job, very reasonably priced. Great communication. Professional, helpful (explained how the fitting comes apart to change the bulb, told me which professional body to ring to check if info being fed me by friends was accurate ), tidy and easy to talk to. Maybe it's my ageing brain but I find some tradespeople talk too fast, talk too much and blind me with detail.

    so can we put food waste in the brown bin ? If it's all composted wouldn't cooked food spoil the process?
