  1. Do you have to be Indian to make a curry? This Cafe in Honour Oak guy makes it all yellow and spicy, and if you closed your eyes as you ate it you'd swear it was the real thing. Even with chips and rice, which is quite a combo.

Yeah well it's all been said, goodbye Mr Patel and his shop. But I hear an artisan wood-fired launderette is to open on the site. And the old ladies of the village will be able to bring their laden roasting pans, to cook in the glowing embers over night.
  4. Its owned by the same French Wine company. Terriors look and ethos is probably more honest of where they've been heading, so to fully become that makes sense. They initially had an innovative Australian chef Mike hazel, he fought to keep doing the food he wanted and people loved. He's back in Australia now. The big wine boss loves French bistro stlye dishes, so that's pretty much what you'll get. It'll be nice enough, though I hope they loose that dark decor area.

So often I'm gobsmacked to say. Along with smokeless fuel.
  6. However, you must take the downturn on the chin FOXTER as you were one of the yes to Brexit voters. You and your ilk can't have the cake and eat it. So no more grumbling please, though BoJo is still sure you'll get your ?350million a week for the NHS, so that's great no? But as I as I said, you're sitting on a pile. Why not sell and cash in.
  7. Honour Oak Cafe do a chicken curry with 50/50 rice and chips. People love it. The owner is a Cypriot and knows how to make such a thing.
  8. And when you do have the flu, be kind to everyone and stay at home. I've seen snot monster trudging to work on the tubes/buses, spreading their germs. Nasty.
  9. Cash in Foxy, buy a small flat somewhere. Think of all that lovely equity, you must have easily about a 3/4 of million quid in that gaff of yours.
  10. I'm sure the Fox isn't complaining about the value of his mortgage free house increasing. Gentrification adds value, i'm sure we wouldn't want degradation in ED would we?

Along with illegal bituminous house coal. If you have the right wood burning appliance and kiln dried wood at sub 20% then the emmissions are within the confines of the law. I understand DEFFRA are to issue a 'ready to burn' standard for wood. I'm often gobsmacked at the sight of that coal stuff for sale in winter. It's illegal to burn, why they don't clamp down on it I don't know. It's not exactly hidden from view.
  12. Get the jab, concentrate on the risk first. Pay, or whatever. We're not living in the perfect world right now.
  13. I'd like to thank the Summer for the last hurrah today, you were marvellous. Fly fishing from a boat in a T-shirt all day, just great. Only getting dark at about 7 ish was the giveaway that the days are drawing in.

Woolly woolly words
  16. Micheal Ryan is an arse, why anyone would fly with him is beyond me That said I've had delays on many Easy Jet lately. But I do do the prority thing, it's way better if you travel a lot.
  17. Wore shorts at the weekend and felt distinctly "This is not a shorts wearing day" feeling. Cab driver in North Wales gave me that "weirdo in shorts" look

Im glad Boris has resurrected the ?350 million figure, it shows how utterly genius he is at figures. Look at the great job he did at the Mayor's office. I hope he get's the bus out of mothballs, that'd be brilliant !

Nope, it's been consistently salty every time I've been there.
  24. Tooting, (a place with a massive Indian Comunity) is overpriced and pretentious? I think Fox has just joined the Sith Form debating club. Ha ha! Come on Foxtrot, you're baiting for attention now aren't you, now all the big mean boys have left you're missing being at the centre of some attention. Silly Furboy .
  25. Babur is now Baboring Invest more in a cab to Tooting, spend less on the food. Not to difficult to calculate really, only you'll not 'be seen' But way way better there. My view on LSL curry houses is that some are less crappy than others, but there's a complicity in low standards.
