Love having spiders around, not sure why you would want to remove them from your garden.

Have you tried peanut butter in the traps? I bought some traps on Amazon, they are plastic and reusable,with a hole for bait. Easy to dispose of mouse and reuse. Took a while but I have caught two so far.

A friend bought the Miele one, and loves it. It's really quiet. She previously had an old Hoover.

How does one complain about a GP surgery now, is there an overseeing body?

Looked on the Gardens Surgery website, it says that GPs are supposed to declare their average mean earnings. They put down just over ?73k for their practice.

Does anyone know if, when you ask your GP to be referred to an outpatients clinic at a hospital, the GP practice pays for any subsequent treatment? Trying to figure out how funding works now. I believe that the GP surgery had a budget for prescriptions, for example, but am clueless about the rest.

Kate and Cactus, There is an NHS website, NHS Choices, for Melbourne Grove,and other practices, where you share your concerns and give ratings.The practice manager is supposed to address any issues. Had a look, and comments don't make pleasant reading

It would never occur to me to enter Oglander Rd from that end while driving as it is clearly signposted.

8 fluid ounces. You can easily buy a set of measuring cups for this. But I suggest buying a Tala Cook's Measure, they are invaluable. Have used one for years for different recipes. Available via Ocado and Amazon.

Road blocked? Never seen that. It must happen near me in the see small hours of the morning as it's never there at midnight or 1 am.

Lots of fly tipping near me yesterday, by the end of the day it was gone. Makes me wonder if they have trucks going round on a daily basis.i have reported stuff in the past and it's gone within 24 hours.

Haven't had any yet, prefer more filling to pastry, or even those ones with barely a lid, like a star perched on top. No stodgy pastry. Had a look at the Ayre's versions and they don't appeal.

Do the receptionists ask what you want to see the doctor about? They do at Melbourne Grove, and I don't think they should. How is it any of their business?

Am not far from the above roads. I often find fox poo in my front and back garden, on garden paths, side return, and back and front steps. Was out late the other night, with my dog and counted 8 foxes roaming around, which was the most ever seen. They have destroyed a neighbour's children's play area. Fox poo does smell quite strongly, and lots of dogs like to roll in it when they find it. It's usually quite dark, not sure why, and medium to small sized if that makes any sense. Can often see berries in it.

A friend of mine had it twice, once as a child and again in her twenties. She was off work for several weeks.
