  1. Am not far from the above roads. I often find fox poo in my front and back garden, on garden paths, side return, and back and front steps. Was out late the other night, with my dog and counted 8 foxes roaming around, which was the most ever seen. They have destroyed a neighbour's children's play area. Fox poo does smell quite strongly, and lots of dogs like to roll in it when they find it. It's usually quite dark, not sure why, and medium to small sized if that makes any sense. Can often see berries in it.

  3. A friend of mine had it twice, once as a child and again in her twenties. She was off work for several weeks.

What do you mean by consider exemptions for poor families? How would that work? There is/was so much fly tipping near me in the past year. The area on the corner of Coplestone Road and Oxenford street is particularly bad.
  5. Jam or lemon curd tarts. Mini pumpkin pies. Ginger cake or biscuits, or can make ginger cake traybake with added cranberries. Recipe on a sweet spoonful blog.
  6. Closer to 800k can mean 751k and doesn't mean 800k plus.
  7. nowhere have I said that two bed garden houses are 800k plus. ------------------------------------------------------- > The house listed for 775k, is 1,200 sft (larger > than the average 3 bed terrace in ED, though they > appear to be cheating by including unconverted > loft space). 9. No 25 Jennings rd sold last Oct for 732k and it's two beds and needed lots of work. I am not trying to talk prices up.
  10. The one that is 775k is a reasonably spacious 2 bed with a garden. The others either aren't Victorian, no garden or need a lot of work. The standard two bed Victorian without needing gutting appears to be more than 700k.
  11. Louisa, Thanks for the suggestion, but no. London Mix, thanks for the links, that is what I expected prices to be, but it appears that prices have gone up again. I hope I am wrong. The sold prices you linked to are possibly houses that went on the market a year ago.
  12. Why is the disabled shower at Dulwich Leisure Centre in the Family /children's section? I was helping someone use it the other day and they were plagued by ill mannered children tryin to open the curtains. It happened more than 4 times. Really off behaviour.
  13. They look wonderful. Do you have one of those?
  14. Someone is selling a new build on Tintagel Crescent for 700k without a garden, it was formerly a tiny bungalow that sold for less than 180k. I will be looking for a 2 bed next spring in the area, inc Peckham Rye and Nunhead and closer to 800k seems common in areas like Dunstans and Landcroft Rd. I suppose the prices might go up even more now because of the stamp duty change. Any thoughts?
  15. This development happened years ago. The first post on this thread is from 2006.
  16. Opening in December now.
  17. Large amount of fly tipping on Everthorpe Rd today.
  18. Office online have the Havaianas children's versions.
  19. I would call that a tabby cat.
  20. I use the launderette at corner of Pellat Rd and Lordship Lane. They will also do a service wash there. Don't take it to a dry cleaners as they only take them to a launderette and charge a lot more.
  21. BBC Radio London travel news is saying collision.
  22. Look on the Crumbs website and YouTube channel. One of them is local.
  23. Hare waste? What does that mean?
  24. Re Loz's car insurancw story, get yourself any kind of American Express affiliated credit card and pay for your car hire that way. You will automatically be insured for free and don't need to purchase any extra.
