  1. Try the veladrome at Herne Hill. Lots of things going on.
  2. fishbiscuits- did you- or anyone else make a town out of the reverse of instant whip cartons- i know we did - we made a whole town and that must have been late 60's - about 20 shops - that a lot of instant whip :)

  5. At the bottom of Sunray there's a garden full of gnomes. Makes my day when I cycle past.😃
  6. we went to the shard to eat a few years ago. We booked it at the only time available. When we're were there it was not half full. Often when they day fully booked it's a code for"don't have the staff".

  12. Pugwash ,you have to pay for Which magazine I think. I've seen some articles mention a dualit kettle but it's quite pricey 🤔
  13. I made a mistake and bought a " quiet kettle "last year from Russell Hobbs but its actually quite noisy. There are some quite expensive ones on the market which I dont mind investing in ( within reason) if they are quiet- can anyone recommend one please? I had not realised how noisy a kettle is if you make an open plan room!
  14. I personally love the feature when you can open the door a few minutes after its started- to add the odd sock/towel.
  15. It's found a home in the geranium shop for the blind(west norwood ) for their st georges day window display.I love that shop.😀

  19. I run a small weekly class specifically for au pairs based in East Dulwich. I also teach on a one to one basis to help address particular areas or to improve confidence.
  20. I use half moon and I think you have to pay in advance for hygienist there too.
  21. A lively 4 year old might find painting a bit too slow.i recommend a swim in a warm pool which will be great for you. A shallow one with a slide etc. We used to go to the Latchmere in Battersea but you might find one nearer/ easier.
  22. I would like to add that toddlers are hard work and living in the countryside is lovely, but all the people I know that brought toddlers up in the countryside were exhausted too! Why dont you do an air b and b there for a week soon ( not Easter hols) so you can see how it is? maybe you can do a home swap?
