    Ive lived on or near the No 3 bus route for 34 years. It has always been a case of no or 3 together, thats why I like to look at the electric displays at the bus stops. Now that the no 3 bus stop has been moved and no longer outside Brixton tube its hard to run up and down that stretch looking for a 37/196/3. More steps ..............

    I dont know cladding is a red herring , I think its part of the loss of effective building control.

    We tried not having the heating on and then had an oil filled electric radiator in the office. It was on 8 hours a day ?10 more a week. But if you are sitting down all day you need a bit of heat if you are not in the sun

    there are a few men that run there with headphones who are quite aggressive and selfish, they are in their own world. But he doesnt sound like one of those. Best to run the park side of that set of trees if by yourself.

    That sounds normal price. Its a big engine size. Try adding your name or partners to the policy as a named driver (Or both). Its sound advice to try and get a small engine car. Such as 999cc but too late now. If he's moving out of London his premium will come down.
