Another recommendation for Craig. A great guy, very good at his job and incredibly thorough. Happy to go the extra mile and provides a great service. He also cleans up after jobs which is great, especially as we have a newborn baby in the house. Craig is quick to respond on the phone so give him a call on 07989343136

Craig is excellent I would thoroughly recommend him. We had issues with rodents from a neighbour's property. With a newborn I was worried and quite scared but Craig was so reassuring, thoughtful and thorough. He offered to deal with next door too and has been happy to provide recommendations following the service. Rodents all gone thanks to Craig. Hope that helps!

Hi all, Just wanted to let you know about the brilliant Alison Scott Wright who has recently helped our little 10 week old with reflux to feel better AND sleep. Jude suffers with terrible reflux so rarely napped in the day and was in pain a lot. Alison is an expert on sleep for babies but also specialises in reflux so really understands the issues surrounding digestive issues and sleep. We would strongly recommend Benchmark. Tom is the owner but instead of just doing the sales pitch then leaving it all to builders he was on site everyday making sure everything was ok. Nothing was too much trouble and he and the team genuinely care about their projects. We had a problem with a leak during the crazy rain this summer and Tom came over at 10.30 at night to fix it. He has also been on hand after the project for any small amendments as well as extremely patient with our indecision on lighting design. The best part of it was that Tom actually provided genuine advice on our choices, helping us make our loft look the best it can be. Some companies wouldnt care but Benchmark clearly wanted what was best for the house. I would recommend Benchmark to anyone and happy to expand on this if needed. Thanks Tom and co!

Another recommendation for Stephen, We contacted Stephen after the rave reviews on here and we were not disappointed. A genuinely lovely man, great knowledge and real passion for the project. Stephen spent time with us explaining everything and was really supportive with our indecision and date changes. The wall and gate at the front of our house has become unstable and unsafe so we are looking at getting a replacement. We are also keen to get the front of the house re-decorated (it is currently just paving stone so with the big Southwark bins looks quite ugly!) Does anyone have any recommendations of good landscapers and wall builders? Thanks!

Hi everyone, We want to remove the carpets in our bedrooms upstairs to have wooden flooring. A few questions: Has anyone else done this? Can the original wooden floors be used or do we need to get additional wooden slats? Do you have any recommendations of handymen who could do this sort of work? Thanks!
