Why do people travel without insurance?

Clockhouse does.

Hi Mark, sorry I just cant go along with what I see as charlatans exploiting the weak and vulnerable any more that I could accept ?spiritualist?s? exploiting people by claiming to talk to the dead. People have died taking homeopathy seriously and ignoring the NHS. This thread isn?t the place for such a discussion so I will duck out but may in the future start a thread in the lounge.

With the greatest respect what for? It's just water and has no "memory". Sure there may be a placebo effect but that's all. There are no homeopathic remedies. It's just water, save your money.

Rendle, sorry I have been lazy and copied this: Upside-down or right side up, flight works the same way. As you stated, the wing deflects air downward. When inverted, the pilot simply controls the the pitch of the aircraft to keep the nose up, thus giving the wings sufficient angle of attack to deflect air downwards. It's less efficient and in a light air craft it requires full power. It would mean pointing the nose towards the sky. Hope that makes some sense.
-
No. It depends on the angle of attack, as long as air is moving faster over the top of the wing there will be lift and the plane will keep flying. > Yes, I believe they frequently have asymmetrical > aerofoils (get me!) so they fly the same level or > inverted. What is a "gammon"?

Same thing happened to me, but they left every thing including a credit card, PDA, camera, drills and a full toolkit. No sign of forced entry so I must have left it unlocked. Let off lightly. stoo31 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Weirdly the other Sunday morning I got in my car > to find the contents of the glove box all over the > passenger seat including the car?s removable sat > nav/ media player. I have given these people my phone number three times with the offer to carry our portable appliance testing and certificate the work. They didn?t even have the courtesy to reply.

I am neither self-righteous nor childish. I just asked for an opinion. I see you have declined to offer one. I am off topic and may start a thread elsewhere. -

We don?t have to agree on anything. I would like your opinion: do you think there is a connection between our foreign policy in the Middle East ie; invading Afghanistan, Iraq and bombing Syria with the terror attacks we have suffered in recent times? jimlad48 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Chick Wrote: > -------------------------------------------------- > ----- > > Except it wont keep us safe, do you think the > > terror attacks we have had are just > coincidence? > > And I remember the war in Bosnia, with targeted > > attacks that were so accurate the missiles land > in > > the wrong country. > > We're not going to agree on this, so I suggest it > is probably a fairly pointless discussion to have.
