Likewise a buyer can offer the asking price immediately to secure "exclusivity" and then further down the line start to eat away at the offered price when the survey comes up with relatively minor issues.

  3. You have done it now RD..... I too am a little surprised by the hammers fans but it takes me back to when Celtic had Tony Mowbray and generally I feel the club's own fans can see what others cant, they see the decline before the neutrals and they know that no good will come of it. I trust what maxxi and quids are saying. I remember Celtic 0-4 St Mirren like it was yesterday. I knew he would be gone in the morning and sure enough a new opportunity.

But there have also been non pub premises turned into pubs, although not many. Eg the Draft House space was a greengrocer originally and on the other side of the road was Boho a new licensed premises, cant remember? Not that either have flourished exactly. Also ToastED is now a licensed premises and when I arrived it was a sandwich bar type place. So..... lots of places where people are drinking - just not pubs.

Please do come back to me when he wins something.
  9. I think I'm available for this one. Happy New Year all.
  10. Cats don't normally have surviving dependents, so I wouldn't have thought there was much of a need for them to take out insurance.
  11. I'm note sure that was the intention. Evolution not revolution should be the way forward for such a club. Nothing personal I just don't think he's up to it and never did.

And that may indicate that's he's not a good enough manager. I think ultimately the Glaziers will realise Sir Alexs last decision .. was an I'll conceived one.
  13. I think there is a good chance Moyes will not be given more than one season if he doesn't make the top 4.
  14. He will probably get a stay of execution until after the semi final. It's always good to win a trophy so good luck for that. If he loses that hammers will surely then look to someone else to keep them up.

Well done EP. Always a brave thing to do.
  16. BBC report that some are saying this is the worst ever England performance. Aussies scented blood. 37 wickets for Johnson. From what I saw the Aussies could always recover from a bad batting start and England never could.

But pricing to choose your customer is normal. Think Mayfair hotel bars and Bond Street shops. There is an economic theory on this that I vaguely recall from University. Help me out someone, something to do with diamonds and the pricing of attraction.
  23. ST has been given an official BHA rating of 92.
