That sounds like a good idea RD. Anyway I was going to have a sneaky glass or two of wine Friday night just to ease myself in. I don't want to get tipsy too early Saturday and miss Frankel ! Anyway - not drinking for a while is a very interesting experience. If you are a regular drinker normally, then you can get into a habit and its good to conscioulsy break that habit from time to time. The first week you feel inclined to have a drink in the evening because its what you normally do, but after a week it feels normal not to. You feel like a better citizen / father / employee / golfer......

30 days has November. I normally do November. Anyway I only ever do it until the last weekend of the month, so I'm only a week short really. I'm sure you can follow the logic.

Yes a complete rest of 20-30 days from alcohol is very good for mind and body.

I'll have to find 10 days another time. Free bar on Saturday, can't be.missed.

I'm almost finished my 20 day dry spell. Whoopee. When Saturday comes ! Look out.
