  2. Agree with SJ. Chelsea players decide which manager they want to play for and which one they dont. New managers can get results otta, but more important perhaps is that Abramovich has warned them to perform or get out. Why Di Matteo allowed JT to instruct the team from the sidelies shows problems lie ahead. Any new Chelsea manager has to conquer JT before he can have real control.

Rangers' future has been secured. But only at the expense of a deal with HMRC over stadium naming rights. Ibrox is to be renamed the Inland Revenue Arena, or IRA for short. But please note this is only Provisional. :)):))
  11. SCSB. You misunderstand me. When I say you make everything personal, I mean you can't defend your own club without slagging off Celtic. Try to discuss your own clubs position in isolation, It's your problem, don't bring Celtic into it.
  12. Ok dokey.
  13. SCSB. You have to make everything personal. Celtic stared bankruptcy in the face before and as such put a code of.conduct in place to ensure they did not have problems in the future. Rangers will do the same..
  14. Yeah, sure you did....
  15. Would you want to invest in a company with a 49m potential liability? I don't think any deal will be a good one for investors but instead it will be a case of people being willing to put their hand in their pocket to save a great club.
  16. The Blue Knights are set to save Rangers. A huge relief for their fans if it comes off. Don't know if they will want to cover the potential 49m though. Also most players taking the huge pay cuts will need to make a decision as to what to do in close season. Surely the consortium does not have sufficient funds to pay full footballing wages plus 49m? The possibility of rangers going into liquidation was slightly amusing for Celtic fans but at the end of the day its a two team league and without Rangers then supporting Celtic would not be much fun.
  17. Yes. Every parkdrive post says "show/hide".
  18. A fool and his money are easily parted. That's why you should have invited me.
  19. I have a prior engagement otherwise I'd be v upset about not being invited MrB. ;-)
  20. Messi is brilliant, just was not aware of what he had done. His 5 goals may be up there with George Best's against Northampton Town?
  21. I think we knew that before. What did he do tonight?
  22. Big win on Rory. No hedgy.
  23. YEEEESSS.....Burtonport......get in there. [ just practising for March 16th... ::o]
  24. The analysis very much depends if the team is on the rise or fall. For me Arsenal are om the fall. So I'm not sure you are making the same point Otta. My point is that a good performance does not necessarily change the overall downward trend.
