I watched the last 20 mins of that game in the Magdela(the one with the atmosphere, not the current reincarnation). I was so disinterested I was at B&Q but when I heard West Ham were winning I convinced my wife I could nip out for a pint and watch the last 20 mins. It was absolutley jammed in there that day and I had not thought there were so many West Ham fans in ED, they easily outnumbered the Liverpool fans, and when Gerrard scored it was like someone had died.

A good night. Thanks to those who came along. Especially good to meet giggirl. Undisputed highlight was quids and LM having a race up adys road with quids trousers falling down. Very warm im the Vic and the beer was not cold enough, either the draught or the bottles. But overall a nice bar. Also, surprised to see a big screen in there Scott. I thought you had gone on record here saying football was for chavs? ::o

I agree with you bumpy. Absolutely excellent. Like how the wife and child arms fit the shape of the seatbelt. Certainly one that should work for dads, tugs at the conscience of men who drive too fast(or unforgivably dont wear a seatbelt).
