  1. I met my love, by the gas works wall...
  2. Very good. The food was strangely similar to the pervious Jaflong. But very good as always. The EDT after party was a winner.

They might do - but as you are required to buy 12 at once for ?3995 in total, I passed on this occasion.

  5. So when I got to the end of the queue, there were only hospitality boxes left..... no Kylie Christmas this year.
  6. Chief Executive Clive Schlee gave staff permission to hand out free drinks to anyone they fancy. "They will decide 'I like the person on the bicycle' or 'I like the guy in that tie' or 'I fancy that girl or that boy'," he told the Evening Standard. "It means 28 per cent of people have had something free. It?s a nice, different way of doing it."
  7. Staff seem to have discretion as to allow a free coffee to their favourite punter every now and again. I'm on my third free coffee today in about 6 weeks. Today it was from Dominka, my favourite... :) It could be a computer generated random offer, in which case I'd of course be very disappointed. I prefer to think she selected me. Happy Bunny - and this little thought helps the hangover :)
  8. Love a bit of Kylie. I'm very hopeful of a ticket, being only 3877th in the queue.
  9. Oh no. Tragic.

If someone drives dangerously, or drunk, or speeds, we don't start saying but most people drive sensibly within the rules., blah blah There are a significant minority of cyclists that run red lights. It's a growing problem and only a matter of time before accidents increase.
  11. That's very serious for you Bob. Where's the pun?

Wow - sounds brilliant - but I really detest spinach. Puts me right off.
  13. Sorry for late notice - I will be there folks - but not until around 8pm or a little after , keep me a good seat Mary :0

Its 6 years since we won the Tote Jackpot at the same event.

Well LL "deserved one", got one and didn't use it much. A good fish restaurant might be a winner though.
  18. One less Indian on LL has to be a good thing for choice. The Real Greek is just ok but at least its different and better than the Melbourne Grove effort at a Greek restaurant a few years back. I'm sure it will do fine.
  19. I think the FA were promoting discounted pricing, so a lot of families went along who might not otherwise have been able to afford it. Although it still is not a cheap trip.
  20. Had one - Was replaced with Meat Liqour
  21. It certainly needs a coordinated effort. Neither council nor shopkeepers are likely to initiate any grand process themselves.
  22. I liked the reassurance that Giles pretended to seek from Nutty last week about his own limited success when compared to his brother, who was once the weak child of the family and now was very successful with "offices in the west end". Bless him.
  23. I had a guy doing the same. Rupert I think his name was.

Sorry - I'm not sure what that's got to do with his views on paving on Lordship Lane. There is wonderful paving outside of Dulwich Park on Court Lane. Why cant LL have the same upgrade.
  25. Any luck HMB ?
