  1. Apparently there were 1460 at the match on Saturday. Amazing. http://www.brixtonbuzz.com/2015/02/draw-and-order-an-alternative-dulwich-hamlet-match-report-by-the-luxury-fan/
  2. What Jeremy said - although most vendors will probably just say its normal and to have been expected when you put the offer in. Don't let that put you off asking though.

Errrr, brother Liam springs to mind Noel :) He probably didn't want to go on tour with him either to be fair.
  6. He is indeed. He likes the heated seats though.
  7. As a general reflection on children at home, I left Ireland post graduation for London aged 21 with nothing other than my first months rent and a low paying civil service job to look forward to. I think more young people should take the plunge and want to fend for themselves. For me that independence was something o craved. House prices were completely irrelevant to me at the time of making the decision and this was 1989 when rents etc were at an all time high. I just wanted to cope on my own.
  8. As regards whether west ham were by far the better team, from MOTD it seems they could have been 3 up and commentators said Spurs had trouble holding on to the ball in midfield. But the last quarter (highlights) it seemed spurs had all the late chances.

  10. It's not that long ago that Carroll was selected for England. And I know that doesn't mean BFS uses him in the way England intended to. I think it's ok to play Carroll in Plan B football but I'd not want him in my starting team each week. Footballers are generally dumb (slight joke) and if they see a big target man they will use him even if it's not the manager or BFS instructions. John Toshack was used primarily to knock the ball down to Keegan. Many plaudits and a trophy or two followed. We are getting rather snobbish about how our football is played. of course , a few clubs like West Ham and Celtic can say they always saw it thus. :) There are a few more to add to those two of course. Spurs pass and move probably.
  11. The clue is in the name. I'm here and this is what I look like = FB. This is what I'm doing was sure to follow to keep it developing. Stop sending me FB friend requests Louisa.

  14. Take anything your parents offer. Just don't ask for anything. That's my mantra. Parents like to be needed and feel helpful.
  15. I has a red knob.

  22. I'll bet Jah was cross that night.
  23. Ha. Just got to the Glasgow airport Premier Inn. Classy. Best Celtic game I have ever been at. Inter looking v comfortable after 15 mins and outsinging us. After that the noise was truly amazing. Expect Inter to have been amazed by it all.
  24. Off to Glasgow tonight. Expect we will be getting a lesson. Cost of teams Celtic 13m Inter 73m. That's a big multiple to overcome.
