Would be amazing HMB and yes I'm hoping he is "in the zone" - we shall see. Sure the caddy has done well and he has been the one constant in Rorys golfing life over an up and down couple of years and shows Rory is capable of loyalty.

Another fine performance from Rory this week. From world number 8 to world number 1, a world golf championship and a third major, all within a few weeks. Quite remarkable as DC would have said.

If it's an investment for capital growth it's possible you could be investing at the top of the market, but thats been the risk for some years now. It's possible shares could be a better bet of course but if investing in property it should be ok in the long term. In general if property falls it falls across the board as confidence falls everywhere so I'd not expect Lewisham etc to do better just because it's cheaper now.

So Quids and Otta, define boozer as you will but the OP most likely meant anywhere you can buy a beer or a drink. Personally I'm not sure that I think one is the best. I'm not sure we really have a good one that ticks all the boxes. If you asked me which one I'd least like to close I'd probably sat the EDT as it does a bit of everything relatively well.
