  1. Quoted paragraph from Harry relates to two things whether it's wrong, which it is, but what punishment is appropriate to the crime. Also harry knows when someone has it in for someone they will go to the lengths of checking all available information just to screw him over which harry knows has happened here. Don't tell me Cardiff just stumbled across this information....

It shouldn't finish his life or his football career. Show me someone who has never made a mistake in their life and I'll show you a liar. It happens. Obviously someone is after him, ain't they? They are certainly not giving up that's for sure." In terms of this particular paragraph Harry could not be more right.
  3. I'd call it a cheaply priced gamble. His price is an attempt to reflect his unpredictable temperament but also the fact that he's only good in bursts and occasionally brilliant. Comparisons with Suarez leave him short second and I'm not sure he'd be an automatic choice with Sturridge and Sterling on dependable form, so he will have to fit into a squad rotation and he doesn't like that as we know already. A fair price for all of that.
  4. We used http://www.plusrooms.co.uk/ They will give you a quote that includes everything from start to finish incl plumbing electrics etc - they stuck to time and budget. Any additional costs were our choice.
  5. Foxy - you are so wrong that if it was written by *bob* I'd think it was a wind up.

Ok its "Gastro bar". Settled.

  9. I think gastro pub would imply that the focus of the business is more on food than the bar - I'd say that's true for Franklins Also it implies good quality food, as the term was originally to set a venue apart from just "a pub that did food" I agree - the Eagle was the first time I heard the term being applied
  10. Hey....how you doin ( in the style of Friends )

We?ll run a pub crawl on Saturday 13 September (note: date has changed from original of 6 Sept). If you?d like to join us, email [email protected] so we can keep an eye on numbers, and state whether you?d like to join us for lunch in pub #1, so we can book the appropriate space. Here?s the plan: Even organises a pub crawl amongst the winning pubs - 12.30pm Meet at the Crown and Greyhound. As this is some distance from the rest of the pubs, we?ll take our time here, and have some lunch. If you?d rather skip this, and the 20-30 min walk that follows it, you?re welcome to start the crawl from pub #2, which is? 2.30pm The Great Exhibition 4pm The Actress 5.30pm The Bishop 7pm The EDT 8.30pm The Flying Pig

If you know a bit about building fair enough - but if not I'd recommend you use a builder who project manages and provides all of the other services as part of the initial quote, electrics plumbing etc. then he is responsible for them being available at the time they are needed.

"Having been completely refurbished in 2014, the all new Honor Oak features an open plan dining room, designer bar area, function room, private dining rooms, al fresco dining terrace, beer garden and even a toddler's play area." Its not a pub - its a "designer bar" I have realised I watched the 2003 UEFA Cup Final in there when it was St Germains - a Celtic supporters club. Bit of a dive back then.
  14. In my experience, for a side return on it's own you are looking at 60 for the build only and 100 in total when you add in new good spec kitchen, flooring, lighting, doors etc. All aspects can be done more cheaply but you risk the quality of the finish so if you have the budget then do it properly, we used Plus Rooms. Loft conversions are a lot easier and you should prioritize a side return specialist as your builder.
  15. Did I mean Dier?
  16. I had 68 on it AM. I suspected your pal would have had something to go on. Many thanks, owe you a beer.
  17. A nice 350 profit, cheers AM, we shall eat meat tonight.
  18. If you see a dog foul, pull out your yellow card, two fouls and it's a red.

  22. Im on it AM. Thx.
  23. Have you stopped applying blusher to your nose and cheeks too RD. With a Van Gaal quiff, the ginger locks and a whiskey nose you must look a right mess...Suggest you start supporting Chelsea and have a Jose makeover before you find the girls start crossing to the other pavement.
  24. I thought a gastro pub was supposed to be a term that meant good food. Was it the pub bit he took offense to?
  25. At least then you will know you have one something RD. When does you new Van Gaal haircut grow out? I bet you are beginning to regret that little moment of madness.
