  1. Lager Lout v Real Ale connoisseur
  2. Red Stripe makes me happy :)
  3. What's the cool lager of the moment. Enough of your cask ale rubbish. I've tried Camden Hells lager and Greenwich Meantime Pilsner in the last week. But Stella Artoris - When Micky Flanagan says its cool then it's cool.
  4. I can see you are on a roll here Otta...
  5. I'm with you now RPC, it's a pub in Cornwall.

OMG - where have you gone to EP - it sounds terrible !
  7. Aren't we just describing The Castle?
  8. Ha, good spot Otta.
  9. It was very good. But every now and again even the blind squirrel finds a nut.
  10. Mario Fellani has just scored what Sky say is his first ever goal for Man United, I was shocked, he's been there a while.

  12. Bloody jeepers. I didn't even know what league the hammers were in now. And they are 4th in the PL? Jeepers. Obviously you didn't get relegated last season after all.
  13. Don't pretend you remember that Declan, you can't remember your own name most of the time.
  14. The Telegraph had an article today looking back to a frozen Maine Road of 9 December 1967 when Man City beat Spurs 4-1. It was a performance that led City to believe they could win the league after 30 odd years. Ballet on ice. And I just checked today's result....
  15. Shame - seems it was doing well for a very short while. I went in March / April time for food and it seemed to be going well and the food was nice. I'm not really sure why I haven't been back - but had noticed it being virtually empty throughout the summer and no longer enticing. There must have been a trigger point somewhere along the line.

Did you watch the video RD? there were some fantastic goals that WERE recorded. I was surprised at how many quality goals there were, albeit over a long career.
  18. And also he managed to do what George Best couldn't and Gazza appears not to be able to do - give up the booze and get his life back on track.
  19. Very impressed with the goals in that Jimmy Greaves video.
  20. People are realising that's its more difficult to get a mortgage under the new rules for proving affordability in the mortgage application. Perhaps its a masterstroke by the Govt/FCA in cooling the market without hurting current homeowners with an interest rate rise.
  21. In terms of TV footie viewing tonight on Sky Sports 5 was one of the best viewing experiences I have had for some time. Greece NI, Poland Scotland were great games, Germany Ireland was not so good but what a good finish. Flicking between the three.
  22. Get in. The stare of Keane does the business.
  23. Managers M O Neill for Northern Ireland (Michael) and Rep of Ireland (Martin). My dad went to same school as Martin and I went to school with Michael. :)
  24. What I saw was pretty awful viewing.
  25. Lennon gets the Bolton job and is reunited with his Celtic back room team. Good luck to him, I think he is a good manager and a good man.
