If Quids gets Hugh Grant then I get Leonardo di Caprio all the time. Back in the real world I once got Roy Walker and when I had fuzzy hair in the 70s I got Paul Michael Glazer/Starsky and even John McEnroe.

Jason Danayer defender on loan from Man City and Alex Tonev winger on loan from Villa. Bought goalkeeper Gordon - great shame to lose Forster but he wants to move up the pecking order for England and ?10m was good business.
Legia appeal rejected. Sad for them I know but good for Celtic. Legia co-owner Boguslaw Lesnorski confirmed that the club will now take their case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, tweeting: "Negative decision, it's hard even to comment, we are using the CAS (plan to tomorrow)". Club chairman Dariusz Mioduski tweeted: "Unfortunately for now football is not winning? We are going to CAS." He later confirmed that the club will be looking to follow a fast-track process to get a decision before Celtic play Maribor on August 19.
REPORTS in the Polish Press say Legia Warsaw have lost their appeal over their Champions League KO to Celtic. A leading Polish newspaper today reported that the Poles? appeal had been thrown out meaning Celtic WILL face Maribor in next week?s Champions League play-off round first leg.

Just watching a Sky Sports replay of the Champions League final of 2006 It's Arsenal 1 - 0 Barcelona at the moment. What great players on the park that night ...Henry, Fabregas, Deco, Puyol, Ronaldino, Cole, Lungeberg, Eto, Sol Campbell.
Am I reading too much into this or do Legia sound quietly confident. "Legia Warsaw would like to thank the UEFA disciplinary bodies for the prompt organisation of the appeal procedure. "At the same time, we would like to inform you that until the official decision of the UEFA appeal body is announced the club will not issue any further communication."

Even with that "problem" he deserved to beat Argentina and get to a world cup QF in my opinion, with 10 men and a good record preceeding that. Jeez - If I were English I have had him back in a flash ahead of Steve McLaren or Hodgson Edited to say - his comments about disability being punishments deserved to get him the sack and if he still believes this sh1t then I'd guess he'd fail any interview.
