  1. Yes my latest was transverse for ages - I guess there wS space as I had twins previously They put the fear of god into me saying I would need to be admitted I had an ecv, he was breech and easily turned and stayed head down I cNt remember if they were going to try to turn him from transverse though you could check my postings fr Nov 2010 Exactly when you would get admitted depends on the diff drs I think Who are you under? I saw Christine neillands who did me a turning yransverse bBy mp3 track and I had acupuncture As the bBy grows and space runs out most of them turn .. O checked the % it is very high
  2. Did you get the photo, James? Can anything be done? I can't believe people are just so brazen they stop on the lines every day. Actually once when the police came, one woman was actually arguing with him when he threatened to ticket her.
  3. I meant it really as 'talk about it, you mums here who have cleaners' rather than that the cleaners don't benefit thd whole family Though I suspect thd cleaners were mostly appointed by and are supervised by thd mothers rather than the fathers

On the days I don't go in to work not only I wrangling two toddlers, looking after one (admittedly pretty chilled out baby) laundry for 6 , cooking, school run etc ... But I am also supposed to be working at home. Hence I do everything probably at about 50% competence and make up the shortfalls mostly late evenings and weekends I think I am convincing myself a regular cleaner is required here too!

I have just started a thread on this topic I don't agree children were left to cry in the garden while our mums did housework We helped! In our own way Or we plAyed by ourselves
  9. Just to be a bit provocative ... What's the background to full time sahms who have a cleaner? Are there any mums who work full time who don't have a cleaner? Thoughts, please!
  10. I do think this thread is rather posted through an ED prism The particular breed of ED sahm who still has a cleaner for eg is rather different to the many single parents who simply can't afford to work due to the benefit trap and lack of affordable childcare So although in 2007 55% of women in Couples returned to work when Children were 1y, only 20% of single parents did http://www.uel.ac.uk/icmec/presentations/documents/mike_brewer.ppt Sahms are far from a dying breed if you look at it broadly And I thInk mums who work full time might actually be a minority locZlly
  11. Even with kids go free vouchers it's very expensive 8.50 of tesco clubcard vouchers will get you a free Lego and pass to use by July 21 ( usuLly it's 13.50) I think you need to shop to the value of ?425 to get an 8.50 clubcard voucher - so online shop with tesco for a bit
