  3. I am free on Wednesdays now and would love some mummy-buddies for trips to Bookstart, Horniman BusyBees, Library Rhyme Time, CP One'c clock club, anywhere that's moderately twin friendly (B/G, 23m) and we can get lunch by 12ish.. Anyone up for getting together? None of my usual friends are free on Wednesdays really.

  8. I think it's normal to mourn the intimacy and dependency of the early baby days. With son no 1, he was reluctant to take a bottle at all, and got by on water and solids at the minders, made up for it by lots of night feeding. The twins did take bottles, I had to express at work as I got very engorged (point to note!) and they had milk from me at dawn, the moment I got in and then at night. I'd prob not change more than you need to. I think you can drop feeds in whatever order suits you, after 7m your supply is pretty robust.

Made me feel ill too... > :0 We also had a shock in Horniman gardens when DSA1 was pushing the nipper buggy in with the babies and somehow let go of it, launched it down the hill and it fell over on its back.. I rushed up expecting two see two little heads smashed like eggs but thankfully they were safe, and still strapped in!

  12. Courgette fritters are nice.. basically you grate, squeeze out fluid in a clean tea towel, mix with some flour, milk, egg and fry. Have recipe somewhere. PS lettuce is a good "green" and roasted green peppers have lots of folic acid

  15. I puree sweet potato, peas, corn and broccoli into a tomato pasta sauce. Can also puree into cheese sauce, it goes a bit orange.
  16. I think it is acceptable, for a child. Not so keen on drunken men pissing against shops of a night, mind you.
  17. Gawd, my DS1 still wees in the street if necessary! If we're in the car, me, him and two babies strapped into their seats and he needs to go.. pull in somewhere and have him wee against the car is the best I can manage. By the time I found a public loo (!!!!) and got them all out, he'd have long since wet himself!!
