  3. Although there is solid and consistent evidence that Summer born children underachieve compared with other children (and the effect is still noticeable even at gcse age!) I think the Rose review which led to the new dongle point of entry might have concluded that the effect would be reduced by giving the children the same amount of education, rather than admitting January or Easter The age of school admission snd initial curriculum remains controversial if you compare the uk with scandanavian countries ...

What I think of as this fluey feeling fro Rapid production, like in the first few weeks I have normally got through by drInling plenty, hot shower, extra feeding or pumping Nurofen though not sure it's recommended now when bf If you do notice a hard lump visit the gp or if it doesn't go away, the fever xx

  13. Ours is 7m has toast, or chunks of fruit to self feed If I have time to clear up after, he self feeds porridge etc, using a baby bjorn plate and spoon. Sometimes he has mini wheats soaked in milk (as finger food) Has also had croissants I find it is quicker to let him self feed then clear up, than it would be to feed him

If you are a family that doesn't need to get up at the crack of dawn then I seenotjomg sacrosanct about 7-7 And length of night time sleep required will vary from child to child and dependent on day time sleep As long as the child gets enough sleep, the parents get the time they need/want to recover and everybody is happy ... Sounds perfect to me!

  23. I wouldn't move your big one out of her seat yet, sorry We have our biggest in a high backed booster since he wAs about 5 Twins at 3 1/2 still in their toddler seats and will stay there till they are too tall (another year plus) Can you get a second hand toddler seat from a reliable source?
