    Badminton

My dog Minton ate a shuttlecock the other day. Badminton.
  2. I'll be astonished if we have to wait for 2014/15 for the next election James.
  3. I can't wait for the next election.
  4. The liberal executive? Hmm, now where is it (who?) I've heard that expression before?? Welcome back.
  5. You're a gem jen.

  7. Kind of at the limits of my guesswork. Are different monitors available in the drop menu above? Confident the answer's in there somewhere.
  8. It almost seems a reverse of traditional trends. People used to vote libdem locally and labour nationally.
  9. And Blackpool are doing just fine. Blackpool?!?!?!
  10. Couldn't stop a pig in a poke as my gran would have said. To be fair, I think he deals with being 'tapped' reasonably well in this... (a bit sweary) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gsA7JHf31II
  11. Sounds like the display settings have been changed. Right click the desktop in a 'blank' place, go to 'Personalization', then into 'Display Settings". Try different settings on the resolution slider till you find the right one.

Now, to put it bluntly, it looks like people did what they did and now can't be bothered to maintain it. The fact it's a mess seems if anything disrespectful. And for the avoidance of doubt I'm talking impressions here. That's the grounds for my feeling it should be tidied up Yoink, and re-reading the thread I think it is for most on here more than "it's an eyesore".
  13. Evidence? Dear oh dear.
  14. Same copy in my favourite paper, the Daily Mail, http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1274999/Escaped-parrot-lured-home-red-wine-crisps.html?ito=feeds-newsxml
  15. Agreed, if anything leaving it there once it's rotten and tatty demeans the memory, in my eye anyway.
  16. Can you buy it, then sell a share to the other flat?
  17. He probably got a room. (with KD and that Sally 67676 whatever)
  18. Assuming Mancini stays which seems likely (today anyway) we'll get the chance to see how good he is; bear in mind he's not had a proper transfer window yet to build his own squad, which is a major part of the manager's job, to play the way he wants to.

Disagree - Europa League distraction is worse if anything, Thursdays mean every game is Sunday and it goes on forever. And I don't think Liverpool's squad is good enough to contend, they're finishing where they are because that's how good they are.
  20. Beaten by a better performance, good luck Spurs.
  21. Just unfortunate one of them is Barry who's contribution completely passes me by... Still, shirt on (70's classic), Sky on, surround sound on. Beer in. Hope it's a good game.
  22. If he's scared of pacy wingers we might have a chance then. Similar thoughts re City and defensiveness. Barry being injured Saturday was good, meant he couldn't play the three in central midfield (Barry, de Jong, and Viera), de Jong and Viera worked well as a two with Johnson and Bellamy. Just wish the two wingers would swap from time to time to hit the byline.
  23. Looks like it http://www.eastdulwichwi.co.uk/page3.htm Tonight's the night.
