I'm a bit p1ssed off with them today too. Had knee surgery four weeks ago and this morning my leg and knee had swollen up quite a bit. Spoke to my physio and she told me to make an emergency appointment with the GP. I called the surgery to try and get an appointment and when I finally got through I was told there were no appointments available today. I told the receptionist I'd recently had surgery, but it made no difference - the earliest they could see me was Saturday at 11.30. I spoke to my Consultant who did the surgery and managed to get an emergency appointment with him. After an examination and an ultrasound scan, it turns out I have a couple of small blood clots in my right calf. Cheers Melbourne Grove for the appointment, I'm glad I found that out tonight rather than tomorrow morning (almost 24 hours later). Will be looking to register elsewhere.

Hmm - maybe I will be along for this one. It has been a while.

Yep we are certainly not moving out of first gear at the moment. Yet we have 3 wins under our belts and for the time being I am quite happy with that. Need to remember that Gerrard has been playing with an injury that needs surgery.The Spanish lads only re joined the squad 2 weeks before the start of the season having had very little rest. Babel, Mascherano and Lucas have all been in China, so to say we have had a weakened squad is an understatment. We certainly lacked width last night, but have been linked with Riera. Is this likely to solve our problems.... (?) No excuses - we need to improve, but I think when other big teams scrape a result it's labelled as the stuff of Champions. When we do it, we are lucky. :-S Roll on Sunday - I will certainlty be glad to have Mascher back in the team and I aslo think that El Zhar may begin to be used a bit more. He was terrific on Saturday and last night.

I am done in. THANK GOD for Dirk. Also can't believe that Gerrard played for 120 mins knowing that he's got to have up to 14 days out for surgery. Mental.

Isn't usually a problem, as normally you can turn up at the TO with the card you paid for them with and your fan card and they reissue them. Can't get through on the phone lines to check they'll do this. (td)
