Hmmm, not a good idea (on my part anyway) Office Xmas party boozing normally starts at lunchtime. Think it would be teriibly messy if I turned up later on. I think I'll just save my shame for my colleagues on Monday morning.

Sounds like a great idea. Unfortunately, I can't make that night as it's the orifice xmas party. Have fun though!

How did I guess it would be a geeetar!? I think if I had some extra cash I'd have guitar lessons. My Dad always used to play and I thought he was really cool. I had blinkin' piano lessons....

Had a client meeting this morning and was supposed to take said client to a swanky restaurant for lunch afterwards (on expenses). Client was too busy so meeting ended I came back to the City and ended up with a wrap from Pret, which I had to pay for. Bah humbug - it was better yesterday in the pub!

Can't go - am away that night. :'(

The first time I went to the Forum drinks, I ended up going on from the initial venue to another. I finally got in at 5 (!!!) in the morning and had one of the worst hangovers I've had for a long time. It finally disappeared at about 10pm the next evening, after consuming copious amounts of vodka lime and soda. You have been warned ;-)

Yes, but my favourite work is behind a bar. I'd just like to run a cool pub and if I won the lottery it wouldn't matter if I only broke even. The quiet room is for those who like to watch the football without someone nattering in their ear for the whole game about irrelevant stuff. i.e. not the game being played!! Anyway, stop being sensible Michael - the title is "If you won the lottery.....". I have zero chance as I don't even buy a ticket. ;-)

Yep all okay - I wouldn't do it for a profit so it would probably one of the best pubs in the world (Oooh - breach of copyright there!) Would definitley need to have local band nights too, oh and a cool pub dog.
