  1. From here on in I agree with everything KK has to say.
  2. Used to have exactly such a notice up inside . Don't know if it's still there .
  3. Yes Richard Pryor is a towering giant. Chris Rock can be great. Louis CK is brilliant. As pointed out elsewhere : Miranda Hart seriously unfunny. Same with Harry Hill.
  4. Sorry was trying to be amusing.

I won't be going back. Chandelier is one of the few ED eateries where you can relax without a billion kids jangling the nerves with their shrieks, squeaks , yowls and bruising careenings -- while mum and dad chat happily with their flat cap wearing friends. Just saying. BTW my own child and those of my friends are, on the other hand, perfect in every regard . Models of decorum , civility and a certain raffish charm.
  6. What is the "new cycling scene"?

Do you mind if I forum this? Ah gee > thanks Yes it's ridiculous. A bit like half-referencing a movie icon in one's username.
  8. What do the x's mean in your name ?
  9. No dilemma with Perkins. Seriously unfunny. Weapons grade, actually. Still not as bad as "Miranda" - who has developed a form of anti-humour. She will suck the funny out of any situation. Both of them seem to consider themselves "the smartest gals in the room" yet their mateial is clod hoppingly flat footed. Our own Annette C is much funnier. Check out the recent skit featuring a fantasy flame-thrower attack on Sly and Reggie. It's on the recent Tool thread. For filthy, clever, character based , super-un PC semi ad libbed sit com laughs try It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia or The League. Both American and with much to teach our dim contemporary domestic fare. Yes Greeen Wing was brilliant.
  10. Yes it's a real delight. Used to live very near there.
  11. Jessica , if this trawl doesn't pan out , I've got a killer format I'm desperate to get commissioned. It's called "Monkey Knife Fight". Interested ?
  12. My crappy house
  13. Aaarggh . Make it stop. Make it stop ...
  14. Good luck with that fundark. The subject of M and S and Waitrose is like Lazarus around here .
  15. Sophie you are clearly demented.
  16. Count me in. Where do I pick up my gun ?
  17. Simon Cowell has been approached to modernise the selection process. It's going to be rebranded as Pope Idol
  18. I am in the market for ?20,000. No cheques please .
  19. Decided to leave last year. But just kept pontificating .
  20. Ha ha , superior detective work SJ. Yes lesson appears to be ....don't leave it til 0400 to alert the authorities to these Heber Hooligans.
  21. Better odds than complaining on here though . And that's what the council noise guys are there for, no?
  22. Why not complain to them direct? Or call the council noise people ?
  23. This is classy, populist addictive stuff. Netflix, I salute you.
