I looked at the Southwark website and noticed that the 12 month period runs from March to April. So you still pay the same amount for 1 month or 12 months. That is ludicrous.

Waiting times. Unreasonable. GP's > unskilled. Receptionists. Rude. Melbourne Grove Surgery doesn?t exist anymore. It is now called Tessa Jowell and is in the new health centre in the grounds of Dulwich Hospital in East Dulwich Grove.
  3. Best bakeries in my opinion are Bread and Butler in Deptford and Aries Bakehouse in Brixton.

How much is the subscription and how any months does it cover?
  5. Agree. Was very informative.
  6. I thought they took them away last year.
  7. Did you find some?
  8. Excellent. I?ve been aware of this fir years. Street furniture etc can also cause problems for blind people.
  9. Thanks for all the answers. It?s good to know that they weren?t a scam. I still don?t think it?s a great idea to do chugging door to door. I don?t usually open my door to strangers.
  10. She had great stuff.
  11. My doorbell rang a little while ago and I asked who it was. A male voice said ?The Children?s Deaf Society?. I said no thanks and he left. I did not see what he looked like. Making doorstep calls for a charity in these times seems very peculiar and I felt it was a way of seeing if anyone was in. Anyone else had this?
  12. Extremely audacious. Grilles seem necessary now.

  14. Are you saying they came in the front bay windows? If so, how? Were they open Without locks due to the hot weather?
  15. I?ve put mine in the blue recycling bin but not in a bag.

I note that someone else on here also had a terrible experience. Remember that there are no exams or Legal qualifications that have to be passed in this country to call yourself an estate agent.
  17. I tried calling the ED Leisure Centre and no reply even though they are open. Would like to know when the pool opens.
  18. bob Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Pain and Hunter L/L > Bob S Yes, I had one there a couple of years ago, but definitely try them now.
  19. Can you take him to the vet and get him scanned for a microchip?
  20. If anyone on here goes on Saturday, please report back. I presume showers and toilets will be open as well.

Does anyone know if you can do one off swims without joining?
  22. Very worrying. Where else is open for a swim?
  23. Very sorry to hear this. I hope these toe rags are caught. The correct name of the park is Dulwich Park, not ED Or East Dulwich Park.
  24. The groups who play or played football at the weekends also used to leave rubbish behind including chicken bones. Have they started playing again?
