    Heartblock, thanks for the link you posted. It’s not good that the company running Tessa Jowell has managed to reform several times and leave their creditors significantly out of pocket. Apparently they owe £4.3 million to unsecured creditors. They also seem to be skilled at financial irregularities. Wonder if Dr Love’s departure had anything to do with this.

    In case anyone doesn’t know, Dr. Jonathan Love no longer works there. He left last year. His departure was announced by on the website. I miss the old Melbourne Grove. I feel it went downhill when Concordia took over.

    I’ve been asked for date of birth but no ID was requested. This was when I’d ordered some kitchen (vegetable) knives. I also noticed online that John Lewis won’t even send out any knives by delivery and this includes knives as part of a cutlery set. What if you were unable to get to a shop?

    Sight hounds or sight hound crosses (lurchers) often catch and kill squirrels. I’ve seen it happen once. The park gardeners have confirmed this to me and one I spoke to said that she was happy about it as the squirrels dig up the bulbs they have planted. There are many squirrels around the lake area. And to confirm, I’m not happy about dogs killing squirrels. Sight hounds (and other dogs) often kill cats and small dogs as well. I’m not happy about that either.

    Very irresponsible owners of that poor dog but I hope this story stops it happening to any other dog.

    I’d report it to 111. Similar behaviour to men/boys who have been seen doing flashing/indecent exposure.

    She could be lost even though she has a collar on. It’s too cold for her to be outside and there are hungry foxes around. Take her to the vet on Lordship Lane and have her scanned for a microchip. I hate that she’s wandering around not neutered and might give birth outdoors. I’d let her stay inside in this weather if she was coming to me. And don’t anybody try and tell me that foxes don’t kill cats. I have a neighbour who had two older cats killed in her back garden.

    What roads are these non/late deliveries inc post being left outside? Wonder if it could indicate a certain employee.

    That’s terrible. Have you taken pictures of this post and made a complaint and copied in your MP?

    The address of the library is 18-22 Grove Vale SE22 8EF. There are large vertical pavement mounted letters saying LIBRARY near the corner of Grove vale and Railway Rise. The library is in the same building as M&S and attached at the side. If you walk on the pavement going to M&S or the station then I don’t see how it could be missed.

    Sue, that’s dreadful. Whoever is responsible for this chaos needs to sort it out.

    I keep getting repeated emails about the same test results sent to me. This includes saying the tests were carried out at Guys and St Thomas’ when they weren’t. Sending letters to the wrong address seems like a big GDPR fail.
