I love Ruskin Park. we like it too, may be the new goose green will be better (if and when they manage to finish it) but the playground certainly beats e.g. dulwich park or peckham rye in the eyes of my children

it should be a win, but i think that england need this one to be by 3/4 in order to be in with a good chance of winning the group and (assuming germany win their group) opening up a (relatively) easy run to the the semis

i'm a pretty frequent visitor to barcelona but only really know the relatively central parts of town i guess where you'll be working (if you are working) will play a big part in where's best to live but if it was me i'd try to live close to el born/barceloneta - there aren't many large parks in the centre of town and these areas would put you close to both the parc de la ciutdella (where there's plenty to do) and to the beach

It's a ?40 fine. these 'fines' are hard to enforce - their powers are not the same as e.g. a council warden and as such they have to rely on a breach of contract claim, this requires them to know who the driver (not the owner) is, which they don't unless you tell them ignore their letters and it'll go away (i've done the same and after a few letters that start to threaten legal action they stop writing)
