  1. Ohhh, will it be proof that today is TM ? Polishes mirrors under the desk even harder
  2. My Dear Will I was wondering where you and your 'Gammy Leg' campaign had gone, I did fear that you had become a victim of the ED Mafioso and had your leg broken in revenge for taking the piss out of those poor people who have limps.
  3. My Dear Miss Kelly Prove it, for I think you are just saying that to see if I get embarrassed, but fear not for I know you are bluffing (now if it was a photo of me in a Sarong 'David Beckham style' then maybe I would be worried)
  4. Lord above, NO to the quarter length trousers question, nor do I own sandals (with or without white socks) What sort of freak do you take me for sir
  5. I just want to make sure I prepare my Wayfarers for the right day, it would be a shame to polish those mirrored lenses to a blinding radiance and discover I have missed the grand event because I was too busy doing a 'polishing' action now
  6. I am now sooo confused, did anyone actually establish when the so called TM occurs this year....
  7. I believe that was his intention, so that he could then catch you as you swooned at his feet, what a cad, bounder and a role model for any man !!!
  8. Now being a management consultant working with a council to do just that sounds like a job for Life to me... :)
  9. SIGH Must be an age thing He is the one with the tash
  10. Well there goes the neighborhood !!!

With that thought in Mind, Susan Boyle is now offically ditched and can I just say Clears Voice, puts on best Terry Thomas Impession and says "Well Helllooo Miss Sophie, you sound a pretty spiffing sort"
  12. Don't worry Sophie, my fantasy was ruined when both Danny and Kylie got 1,000 meter exclusion orders out on me... :-$ Still not to worry there is always Susan Boyle now ::o

I have just received > an e-mail about these lads and apparently: Brendan Please tell me you were being funny here, I don't think I have come across any Council that is operating, what, we in the real world call, a "Propper profit driven business model" If councils were private businesses they would have gone bankrupt in the 60's, 70's, 80's 90's and again every year since !!!

How funny MikeCG I had a well groomed red head, in red twangers, slender but not thin and a black leather sofa, imaculate red nails and a voice to die for (in the nicest way) Oh and don't forget the FMB's !!! But this is pure speculation based on the name alone
  16. I know it is the end (and start) of financial years for the councils all across London (and elsewhere too) but why do they all elect to do roadworks at the same time (now) thus making a simple journey 30% longer Today I went to the other side of Beckenham and in doing so went through 5 different sets of roadworks (3 with Lights controlling the traffic) It does make me wonder what the road workers do with the rest of their year - Thinks "we are working just around the corner and have an extra load of tarmac, and I was wondering if you want' your drive done for ?200" !
  17. is it just Dulwich, or is it a country wide increase in these problems due to the recession driving the have nots to commit crime against the haves.
  18. I was going to post on this ... but I fear I will make a complete tit of myself if I do (and before anyone says it, I know - No change there then !)
  19. Is it just me or does a name like sophiesofa simply put a lovely, relaxing warm inviting image of Sophie into your head ? Possibly not the best moniker to use on a swingers discussion, but it has made me smile.
  20. EYES bloody hell I thought we were throwing car keys in not eyes
  21. Oh I say Matron, what sort of fracas is this, well I never, enjoying other's circles indeed, it would happen if Maggie was still in charge of the country, ohhh titter ye not for I think this may well be a serious post Disgusting I say, shouldn't be allowed and all that (PS 12345 have PM'ed you ;-) ) 12345 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > All of liberal minds.............There are already > some single ladies and gents as well as married > couples enjoying this exclusive circle already. > > Why not PM and get involved!? > > All very above board and relaxed - drinks and food > lead to ?.......
  22. Depends on the height, design, width and state of repair of said speed bumps concerning if an ambulance (or other important vehicle like a 4*4) can go over them with out the passengers feeling a thing.

  24. More importantly Where us Tufty when you need him If he was on the job then we wouldn't need 20mph zones !!!!
  25. Sat and watched all three episodes of this last night (Thanks Dave for making it) and loved the references to 'Blade Runner' that peppered the plot, some subtle, some not so. Also enjoyed the piss take out of Coronation Street which both sets of actors must have enjoyed acting in. Cat was as always the coolest dude, although Danny has aged since the show started 25 years ago (no surprises there) as had all the cast so it was amusing to see middle aged men acting almost like teenagers again. however that is my view, did anyone else watch it and what are your views. Also is this the start of a new series, or jsut a one off ?
