  1. ..or The Monty Python Sorry for some reason I though of the Life of Brian with that last post.

Very true, guess I should have also qualified that with any cop, or ID theif for that matter, with half a brain would take the whole bag. I guess the paper recyling bags are an ID theives dream (if the bags owner doesn't shred their stuff).
  3. It seems to be a lot busier than a few months ago, lots of demand for 2 bed flats with gardens, they tend to go within hours at the moment apparently (no I'm not an agent, just happened to be talking to one the other day :)

I'd think if that was the case they'd take the whole bag and leave an empty one in it's place rather than risk tipping off someone they're investigating by going through their stuff outside their house.
  5. I was indeed, although I did discover unknown to me that there was a previous EDKiwi (with a different spelling?) who a few people had assumed I was. I think we may have said hello in passing, I was going to come over and introduce myself properly but the next think I knew it was closing time and only a few of us were left.
  6. I had a good night, glad I finally decided to come along and meet a few of the people behind the keyboards, I'm sure I'll be along for more drinks in the future (and I owe Piers a pint after I ashamedly was unable to down the one he brought me before closing time.....although judging by my slightly off colour start to work today that may have been a good thing).
  7. Righto I'll look out for the lively, not quite so ripped off bunch arguing over if they should be drinking ale, larger, soft drink, or possibly breast milk.... :)
  8. Well as my better half is out with the girls tonight and it's such a nice day out there I may finally venture along for a bit (have to work tomorrow) and put a few faces to names, I'll be the lost looking one trying to figure out which group is forumites...

  10. Just make sure you're not in that solar powered chopper at sun set....
  11. We moved a couple months ago from pretty much the same area down to Marmora Rd, liking it so far, nice and quiet with plenty of green space around and nice local shops, and parking never seems to be a problem if you happen to have a car.

  14. ...so you're told, of course you'd never set foot in such an establishment eh Roll Deep.
  15. If it's on the old Dulwich Van site (next to the Barry Offie) I have heard they are new apartments.
  16. The 40's are based at Walworth garage, across the road from Camberwell garage but a different company (Abellio). If you're heading down Camberwell New Road towards Oval, it's on the right just before the rail bridge, the office is on your right just through the main gates if you're heading down there in person.
  17. You can turn up to the garage and ask in person if it's not too far out of your way. I can help you out with address for specific garages if you don't have it.
  18. Not I, I'm sticking to me old phone for now..... http://www.sillyjokes.co.uk/images/wacky/props/phone-brick.jpg
