  1. So the LTNs are here to stay forever. Great. We can still kick out the shower that brought them in, though. Do we need to vote Lib Dem to do that? Would be amazing if some co-ordinated tactical voting happened to teach councillors a lesson about listening to voters.
  2. You've wasted a huge amount of your time not answering the question you quoted there pal.
  3. Agree jazzer. I could see them using a new bus stop as an excuse to drop those because TFL doesn't have enough money to pay for them any more. It's a race to the bottom on public transport in London at the moment. Shameful.
  4. So for the thousands of people who objected to the LTNs in East Dulwich and were ignored by Southwark and dismissed by the East Dulwich Councillors, what option is there at the next election? Will One Dulwich stand on a promise of removing the LTNs and starting again with a scheme that works? I would vote for them if they did.
  5. Have they kept the electronic bus information displays?
  6. You can't get much more personal and vindictive than that message that was on Goose Green councillor James McAsh's jumper, and yet he claims that he only supports the LTNs in East Dulwich because they benefit everyone. Don't you think it is a valid part of the discussion on LTNs and that it is on topic to discuss whether goose green councillors are really thinking about the impact of their actions on all of the residents of Goose Green?
  7. There is no point deleting it now. It's save elsewhere like this thread. No doubt others also have screenshots. It's such a stupid thing to do.
  8. Page 1 of this thread "Regardless of whom you support politically, or whether you vote at all, we three Labour Councillors for Goose Green are keen to do whatever we can to help." That hasn't aged well has it. https://twitter.com/mcash/status/1474732079938158600?t=FOR6wsnJTMOsIBiLoc4dKQ&s=19 What a shame you reveal yourself like this.
  9. What kind of welcome should those residents of Goose Green who are Tories expect from you at this so-called "community" meeting James?
  10. He must really be quite stupid if he thinks that is an appropriate image to put out on twitter.
  11. There is one at the junction of Peckham High St and Peckham Hill St
  12. Moght be worth looking into whether the slaters now have squatters rights
  13. Pollution has gone down in the central section of east dulwich grove though Pete, so it doesn't matter that it has gone up so much in your table.
  14. And will they leave the strips in for January 2022 so that they can compare apples with apples? Doubt it, but let's see.
  15. Is the undoctored January 2019 data actually available? I guess if they had just used that data instead there would be no reductions in traffic anywhere in EDG?
  16. This thread is just getting started now that the councillors are here to tell the truth...
  17. Who knows, but even our local councillor is now saying it's ok for EDG to carry more traffic because Melbourne Grove has less traffic. Heartblock was right all along.
  18. This is quite a staggering admission. "messageRe: LTN: Our Healthy Streets - Dulwich: Phase 3 Posted by jamesmcash Today, 07:55PM Hi CPR Dave Me: "The data show that traffic on EDG central has fallen while traffic on EDG east has risen" You: "That only makes sense if all of the additional traffic in "EDG east" stats and finishes before the counter at the health centre." No, this is not correct. Traffic going between EDG east and EGD central has almost certainly risen."
  19. I'm sorry but that is an utter crock.
  20. "The data show that traffic on EDG central has fallen while traffic on EDG east has risen" That only makes sense if all of the additional traffic in "EDG east" stats and finishes before the counter at the health centre. It can only be the selfish people that live in the closed roads that account for the difference.
  21. Unless the increase in the eastern section is explained 100% by people who live in the closed roads only being able to get out in their cars onto EDG. That can't be the case though because they all cycle now and not a single one of them is a hypocrite.
  22. James your second post t still doesn't make any sense though, unless all the westbound is now doing a u turn in one of the closed roads, because there is nowhere for that traffic to drive through to if they don't go past the health centre. It's gated communities all the way up to Townely Rd.
  23. "consultations which seem to be held up as some sort of gold standard of democracy, are far from it" Something we can all agree on finally, given the debacle that has been the LTN consultation (and hte CPZ one before it)
  24. Cllr McAsh,your post only makes sense if the central section of east dulwich gorve was one way.
  25. I'm going to lobby the council to increase council tax rates on the gated roads now that they are more valuable. The money raised can be spent on de-pollution equipment for everyone else.
