  1. My mother is having her vaccination at 107A Rosendale Road SE21 next Wednesday. No idea what vaccine they use?
  2. As long as it's mobile friendly and works as well as this forum has done over the years, I'm for change.
  3. snowy Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > > Pavements can also be mixed use eg pedestrians, > cyclists in more mixed use streets. Dulwich Common for example which is clearly signed.
  4. A friend got hers done at TJC after a GP referral on Saturday. My mother on the other hand has been booked into the vaccination centre in Rosendale Road after receiving a letter from the NHS.
  5. Private Eye arrived normally today for the first time since November.
  6. Just had a look at Andrews & Arnold and they're claiming they're offering G-Fast up to 160Mbps. Not seen G-Fast sold in ED before.
  7. Post a bit better this week. My mother's freedom pass was posted on Friday second class which arrived today.
  8. Worth noting that the Paypoint in the Co-op is useful for those who pre-pay utilities. The nearest shops with Paypoint when it's closed are V7 Local and Lordship Food and Wine.
  9. Four days for a package to be delivered from Tooting first class.
  10. No queue at Forest Hill on NYE or NYD.
  11. I had a ton of post today delivered.

  13. DulwichFox Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > William Rose currently Closed. Christmas Eve ??? > > No Queue.. > > Foxy I went past at 1pm and they were open, but the queue was only 4 people outside the shop.
  14. While I didn't get a delivery today, there were two postal workers here today delivering parcels and letters.
  15. I went to Forest Hill Sainsbury's instead today, perfectly fine. Just got back from the Local, it's busy with people stocking up on booze, but was able to get some bread and single cream with no issues. They were running low on bananas however.
  16. It's 6 and the postal staff do enforce it as I've seen people been asked to leave the LL Post Office.
  17. It was Helen Hayes who wanted the Royal Mail to consider moving to premises in SE22 rather than moving to Peckham.
  18. I also saw long queues for William Rose going down Bassano Street at 1pm. Also queues for Moxons and the other shops mentioned above Jones of Brockley also had a queue outside.
  19. 1.10pm, queue was short as far as the cashpoints, so was in the store in 5 mins. 1.45pm when I left, the queue was starting to go as far as the nursery. As jazzer mentioned, there was no social distancing in some isles, especially around the meat sections, but I was able to get what I wanted and no panic buying of toilet rolls! Fruit and Veg was still plentiful with some shelved at the front of the store.
  20. Sainsbury's Local was quieter than a normal Monday at lunchtime. Walked straight in, fully stocked and no queue for the tills.
  21. I had post on Wednesday and Thursday, some of it sent a week before.
  22. I went to Sainsbury's Local instead this afternoon. No queuing system outside, but a long queue for the tills.
  23. As far as I know, all the SE postcodes are sorted at the Croydon Mail Centre. Peckham will collect the mail for dispatch to Croydon and then they send the mail back to Peckham for the postal workers to sort and deliver locally. I don't know of all the other London mail centres, but West London mail is sorted at the Jubilee Mail Centre in Hounslow for example.
  24. There's a sign up on the window, but as I was on the bus, I couldn't see what time it closes. I think it says either 2.30 or 3.30 on Christmas Eve?
  25. I've had no issues contacting Cllr Andy Simmonds in College Ward. I've even called him at 8.50am on his work mobile and he answered!
