Yes - it's very nearly ready - I noticed last night that they've got the teacups in! Wahey - I am so pleased about this one.

6 months to a year, If they can fix the rent. If not the rates will rise in 3 months and they will realise just how much orange juice you have to sell.

it is, true, all the more so when an area is well served for Bijou tea shops. What makes morocan tea shops so wonderful is the copious amounts of hash consumed with the tea, which is unlikely, though not impossible in ED. Realisticly how 'like ' a tea shop will it be with prams clogging the door and little fearn or phoebi running amok.

Sorry did't see the name on the app.161 is 2 away from the green shop yes has white stuff on windows I to wish them well but I hope they don't fall foul of planing permision.
