Venue for 35 ppl + kitchen wanted

I'm looking for a venue for a one off evening class. We need room for 35 people and access to a hob / basic kitchen.

Any recommendations greatly appreciated.

Old Alleynians Rugby Club have a big room available which has a kitchen attached to it. Near Dulwich park.
