WOW, is that a bit like Rohypnal for cats ? Careful what you dangle in front of kittens my dear !!!

Well it's not foolproof but there's an assumption that if a name ends in "a" it's female and if it ends in "o" it's an XY. Bet you had to think really hard to come up with Gazza didn't you Fido? It's only an assumption. Happy to be wrong. I think Narnia's a bloke - but only because of posts I've read. I've been spectacularily wrong on here about forumites' sex before. I'm a girl (the glue's in the name).

    • So it's for tourists and others actually staying in Southwark? So a person living and working  in England but staying in a hotel in  Southwark for work purposes (say) would have to pay this tax (or their employer would)? But a tourist from France (say),  staying in a hotel outside Southwark but visiting all the Southwark "tourist attractions" wouldn't?
    • Whilst I agree with you, Nigello, your first paragraph doesn't make it clear that you are quoting Beansprout?
    • John Marx fitted a Howdens Kitchen for me in April this year. He and his partner Gabi provided great support and service throughout the refit. They are a pleasure to work with and they made the whole process as smooth as possible.  John is trustworthy and reliable and takes great pride in his work. He is also an excellent problem solver - nothing fazes him.  He was also happy to come back for any snagging issues once the work was completed.  I am delighted with my new kitchen and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.  His email is [email protected]
