I am not sure about brilliant but have just bought a friend's little girl a pink bunny watering can (under influence from my daughter)from Mrs Robinson's for about ?6, they had dinosaurs also. Funky looking (for parents) and good fun for new walkers... I think cars for boys - my son now obsessed with tractors and diggers, boring but true...
I got my friends daughter a lovely pull-along wooden train from Soupdragon a few years back - think it was about ?12 and was lovely as it could do so many things - be pulled along, undo the carriges/train and connect back and there was a mirror on one carrige and a squeaker on the other, she loved it and played with it lots.

    • Well thanks for enriching the conversation.  Would you chuck Fah - rage in too for his tax avoidance on his property?   I expect it was lead story on Jeremy Vine too.  Doesn't make it a story, just a bit more of BBC tabloid style sensationalism.  There are numerous real news stories in the UK and across the world.  And now, apt for Halloween, you have summoned up the ghost of Louisa. So for the third time, will you now eat humble pie?
