I don't believe in the notion of "the One" - it's a silly romantic fallacy that there is just one person who is "right" for you and all you need to do is keep searching to find "the one". Reality is relationships all involve some compromise and effort on both sides.

Having said that, be nice to find someone worth the effort and compromise that felt the same about me.... *sighs*

The line was so fabulous most of my respondents assumed I worked in advertising.

20 years this year it is, and he is still The One and I am still The One.
