Bronze turkey or pork medallion?

Is it too soon to ask a question about Christmas? I was planning to order a Bronze turkey, but friends have suggested trying a pork medallion instead, but I've never one of those before.

Agreed, I'll have a gammon with a game bird/s, possibly Partridge this year.

Are you sure? Mary Berry's book said allow for 500g as people tend to eat more at Christmas.9 people will be there, one is mostly vegetarian.

I usually have one bottle of champagne then a few of prosecco.
