Actually I DID do a big spoiler but I edited it out sharpish. I guess I thought I was the only person in SE22 who hadn't watched Series 2 so a spoiler would be OK. Oops though.

Blind Boys of Alabama get my vote (series 1). I saw them years ago supporting Peter Gabriel - it was amazing just watching them getting on/off the stage. Pure magic. Tom Waits has such a massive and loyal fan-base and I just don't get him. At all.

There is a programme on Channel 4 at 9 tonight called The Devil's Whore. Some of the ladies on here may be interested to know that McNaulty aka Dominic West is in it as Oliver Cromwell. Also stars John Simms of Life on Mars fame.

On a people-from-The-Wire-turning-up-unexpectedly, and without going into a long story as to how I came to be watching it, City Senator Clay Davis (or at least the actor who plays him) turns up in (the actually-not-half-bad-if-you're-in-the-mood) Disney film Enchanted. I really wanted a good long sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-it from him...

Is up there with Stringer Bell in the Jack Davenport/Susannah Harker Channel 4 vampire thing from some years ago - Ultraviolet.

I used to really like Ultraviolet, it was sold on the fame of Jack Davenport after This Life, but don't think it really took off that much.

It's not exactly a biggy, and the forum needs moderators, but I don't agree with changing anyones posts in any way, unless of course they're claiming that a local business is a front for a child porn ring or something!

I also think that it should be totally open who has "the power" on here, and while I'm at it, Sean needs to loosen up on his trigger happy lounging finger! ;-)
