Ken & Ana,

Good job for last Saturday, will be going to deep squats this Saturday.... will start with just a few to begin with. BTW Ana, there were quite a few challenging hills enroute to Brighton, especially the one colse to the end called Ditchling Beacon.

Mel C, I was only thinking of you and the Champayne yesterday; 6-months must be up now :)-D

How did all your exams go, do you hav the results back yet?

Hope to see you on Sat morning, and mine is a large latt?

Elusive McCabe.

Oh yes, Ken....., your Russian is excellent Bistro!

Hello Mr. McCabe,

As you know I have been a bit naughty lately. Could you tell me please, if I were to attend your wonderful sessions as a warm up to my Saturday football match, is there anywhere I could safely put my bag (football boots etc.) whilst running? I'd love to rejoin you all once more.

Thanks.

Muckers!!!!

Of course you can sausage, I will have a free pannier on the motorbike.... it will be good for boots and a soft flexible bag as opposed to one of those massive Addidas 10Ft long bag :-)

Will be great to see you! And Danielle, I'm sure she said she would pay a visit one day :-)

McC

Mr. McCabe, you leave me completely devoid of future excuses (damn and triple poop poops! :))).

Thank you very much.

(*tries not to laugh*) Erm...I don't think I will make tomorrow though, as I shall be out all night tonight - but will aim for next week. It will be fun nattering at the back jogging with your wonderfully diverse group once more. Will be fabulous to see The Toad too!

As for Danielle, yes, I'm pretty sure she said she would pay a visit one day...LOL...but for the next two weeks she has an excuse as she's away. I'll give her a gentle prod in your direction upon her return ;-).

Muckers.

Good day all!

Two bottles of water for the arm toning tomorrow. I suspect there will only be a hand full of us due to Bank Hols.

Oh yes, if Vicky H is reading this, I have your H/form. I replied back and received an out of office number, I send you a text too.

Hi Sophie,

Yes, we meet on Saturdays for a 10am start on Peckham Rye by the Park Caf?.

It contains a rediculous amount of fun and covers all parts of the body too. If you can fill in a health form www.AHM-Go.com and email it back to [email protected]

Bring a couple of bottles of water for the arm / shoulder toning (ideally the 1 ltr stubby type for good resistance) and some change for a tea / coffee at the end.

Best!

McCabe.

See you there on Saturday.

OK guys,

I pulled out all the stops to get the good weather from Australia to we with us today, and hopefully for the entire weekend too.

Don't forget...... 2 x 1 Ltr bottles of water tomorrow for arm & shoulder toning.

For the new ones joining tomorrow or shortly, there is a catch to the FREE sessions, and thats someone has to buy me a large latt?.... not much to ask for :))

Musical Theatre

If you want to see the funniest, and I mean zanniest muscial in the work, then get tickets for the Trafalgar Studio 2 by ...... Trafalgar Square for Betwixt. Its last day is next Saturday I believe!

Jumping squats today will tone most of your lower body muscle sets: Quads, Hamstrings and more including stabilising muscles too..... such as either side of your thigh! These are a low level on the ballistic side.

Best,

McCabe

Good JOB!

And the two bottles of water?

I think, as I haven't seen you in ages (you are there when I'm away), that you can be the nominated lady to buy the trainer a LARGE latt? :-)

See you in the morning.

McCabe

Wow, how many languages was that today?!

French, Spanish, Irish Gaelic, German, Russian and English! Have I missed any?

Let's consider setting a date / location for a meal in ED soon.

A great session me thinks!

McCabe

This Sat will be replacing 5-mins of Planks with 5-mins of Boxing.

Put your best foot forward, which is typically your left foot!

Me also thinks that an evening out soon would be nice :-)

Best!

Am hoping to make it this Saturday providing Friday doesn't end up too much of a late one. Haven't been since around Easter - is my health form still good? Have been training since most weeks just busy at weekends a lot.

    • I think the only way to sort this is to ban loud fireworks for private sale (and preferably ban fireworks altogether except for public displays). I don't know whether that has implications I'm not aware of eg I have no idea how many people are involved in firework manufacture.
    • Very happy to recommend Tommy Rooney's excellent work again. He's been servicing my boiler for years now, but this time he swiftly fixed a leaky radiator valve. I put out a call on Friday and it was repaired - and improved - by Monday evening. I asked him if he had an opinion about my other radiators, and he reassured me as he pointed out the leaky bathroom rad was a non-standard length, which was why it caused problems. There followed a brief but detailed history of improvements in regulations for valves and fittings over the years, so that I could understand precisely what the issue was. How many plumbers will do that for you? "I've just got a memory for weird things," says Tommy modestly.
    • Wanted 2 x Adult and 1 x Children tickets for Dulwich fireworks tonight please!
    • Labour have changed a number of things overnight.   1. VAT on school fees - this has resulted in 25,000 moving until state education. 2. Increasing NICs adding billions to the cost of going to work. 3. Introducing the Employment Rights Bill causing employers to stop hiring. This and item 2 have added 100,000 people to the unemployment scrapheap. These are also causing businesses to relocate further harming the economy. 4. Scrapping all the small boats deterrents meaning 60,000 illegal migrants have arrived in small boats since they were elected. 5. Dishing out huge public sector payroses with no conditions so we have a massively increased payroll and doctors etc arestill going out on strike. 6.changed IHT and non domicile tax rules causing 16,500 millionaires to leave the UK and stop paying any tax here at all forever. 7. Alongside 6, leaving the budget up until an historically late period after the last budget has caused a house price crash, killing the market and decimating government stamp duty receipts. 8. Their profligate borrowing (£100bn extra in just one year) to fund all their lavish promises means the government can now only borrow at the highest ever yields on records. They are more beholden to the bond markets than Liz Truss was. 9. The rate of inflation has doubled under this government. It was a healthy 2% when they came in. For most of the last year, as a result of all of the above it is now nearly 4%.   These are all decisions the Labour government took that have immediate cause and effect.  Its no good harking back to 15 years ago. The current administration was gifted the fastest growing economy in the G7 and within 15 months they have destroyed it.    And things are only going to get worse this winter.
