Isn't that the stuff President Trump uses?

Louisa,

You'd be surprised at how many known brands of shampoo and conditioner you local Poundland (or whatever) has.

It was raining that day, not snowing... I really don't get where you were going with that question...

Oh heck I see snow relating to flakes of scalp....

Do you think that was subtle enough or would he have twotted me one ?

I'd like to get some cheap conditioner and put it in a posh looking vessel. I have identified cheap coconut conditioner in Savers, which seems identical to the expensive equivalent. I just don't like the container. What's a good option?

Tesco is your best bet for carpet cleaners 'Rug Doctor' is available to hire from most superstores. I've hire one before, and as long as you know what you're doing they're very good. Cheap enough too. Pop to Elmers End and have a butchers.

Louisa.

Or, if possible, would suggest you buy one, they're not that expensive (relatively), lots less hassle than arranging to hire one, and as it's so much more convenient, you'll find you'll use it more often and your carpets will be much cleaner.

I would agree with this point, although it ultimately depends how often you'll be using it, and whether it's needed for a one off job (end of tenancy clean for example if you're moving). The good thing about Rug Doctor is you literally use your card to put in the details on the machine, it drops a key out the bottom, you unlock the cage and take the cleaner . Then just drop it back off again. Or it can be done online. Not expensive either.

Louisa.

    • Hey fellow cat owners! Was hoping that you would consider putting collars with bells on your outside cats? I’ve wee fledglings in a nest and at the moment I’m defending them against an orange and white dude (I call him Trump) and his nemesis, a lovely Tuxedo cat (I call Elon)… they are quite the double act in my back garden!!!! It would give the wee ones a bit of a better chance if a bell could announce their approach. And as a feline owner myself, I know cats will be cats, but every little helps even the odds. many thanks.
