waynetta
Drink lots of tea and eat lots of sweet stuff. It's an adequate replacement. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/14071-no-drink-vember/#findComment-377719 Share on other sites

In the second half of November we can meet for an orange ! and talk about the Boss, I know you like him. Melvin Bragg has admitted a liking for alcohol and as a result he does not drink for the first 7 days of every month as a self regulation technique. Dorothy
I like the sound of Melvyn method actually.Keeps you on your toes rather more than having the traditional one month a year off. giggirl
katie1997 Wrote:-------------------------------------------------------> I tried this once and found it surprisingly easier> than when I attempted to give up coffee for a> month ...Mee too Katie Numbers - I can't give up coffee. I gave up alcohol this year from mid-January to April and I'll do the same next year. No real reason. I'd need a straight-jacket if I gave up coffee though. That can't be a good thing.
